How It Works
You will join a 60-minute remote video call to discuss your standard operational procedures. During the session, you will screen-share your primary workspace and walk us through a typical day of managing claims or underwriting policies. We will ask you to demonstrate how you navigate your core systems, handle exceptions, and finalize decisions. The conversation is entirely guided, requiring no preparation in advance.
Who This Is For
We are hiring experienced frontline insurance professionals who actively manage caseloads or evaluate policies. We welcome claims adjusters, frontline underwriters, and senior risk evaluators who spend most of their day in core insurance platforms.
