Company Neoparta established in 2012 is a part of one of the biggest automotive groups in Lithuania which has been in automotive business for more than 30 years. The group has direct contracts with car manufacturers and owns many dealerships and workshops across Baltic states (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) and Poland.

Today, we are looking for an Import Purchasing Specialist/Analyst to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with current suppliers regarding orders, delays, shipments, and payments
• Receive, check and post invoices
• Arrange and manage purchases based on customer orders
• Update, maintain, and analyze pricing data
• Control assigned brands, monitor performance, and support their development
• Collect, evaluate, and share market information (pricing, product changes, availability trends) that may influence our purchasing strategy
• Support the team with problem-solving and assist with daily tasks as needed
• Identify and propose process improvements to increase efficiency

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, formulas, analysis)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) is required
• Fluent English — written and spoken
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
• Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to changing workloads
• Creative, “outside-the-box” thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

 Salary: 1800 - 3305 eur/mon. gross. Additional bonuses will be discussed individually with the selected candidates.
