We are seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Technician to serve as a technical expert responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex warranty-related installation and service issues. This role supports service quality, reduces repeat calls, and strengthens technician performance through mentorship, training, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Run warranty calls
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC installation and service-related warranty issues
- Identify repeat issues and support training initiatives to improve technician performance
- Mentor and coach service technicians and installers
- Partner with Dispatch and Service Management to resolve warranty calls efficiently
- Repair and troubleshoot HVAC systems and related equipment
- Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate service documentation
- Order parts to support timely repair completion
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3 Years of HVAC Service or Install experience - diagnostic skills
- Strong communication, customer service, and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and long-term solutions
- Valid driver’s license

Work Environment:
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
