About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead the HR function and serve as a key member of the leadership team. This role will be responsible for driving the people strategy, strengthening organizational capability, and partnering with business leaders to support sustainable growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices and a proven ability to translate business needs into effective HR initiatives, particularly within industries like Logistics, Supply Chain, or FMCG. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's HR strategy in alignment with business objectives, ensuring it supports long-term growth and operational efficiency.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead and manage all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives specifically tailored for a large blue-collar workforce, focusing on high levels of engagement, productivity, and strict compliance with regulations.
- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to effectively support business transformation and adaptation to market changes.
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and established HR best practices across the organization.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team, fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
- Establish, track, and analyze key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and inform strategic business decisions.
- Champion employee well-being programs and initiatives to create a supportive and engaging work environment.
- Manage and optimize HR budgets and resources effectively to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field. A Master's degree is considered a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role such as Human Resources Director, Head of HR, or an equivalent strategic position.
- Demonstrated strong industry background and understanding of the operational nuances within Logistics, Supply Chain, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven, extensive experience in successfully managing, engaging, and developing a large blue-collar workforce, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- In-depth expertise in strategic HR areas including business partnering, organizational development, comprehensive talent management, and effective change management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- A strategic mindset with a proven ability to balance competing business objectives with essential people priorities, driving both performance and employee satisfaction.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant HR technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
