Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in fostering a positive work environment, supporting HR operations, and ensuring compliance across all employee lifecycle activities, while also identifying and driving improvements to existing HR programs and processes. You will partner closely with leadership and teams to align HR strategies with company goals, bringing new ideas and initiatives as the company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Coordinate employee relations efforts by addressing inquiries, resolving workplace issues, and promoting a healthy work culture.
- Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Partner with managers to identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities to foster team cohesion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Good in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Proactive problem solver with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high ethical standards.
