Our client in Portugal is looking for Hebrew-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join their international team and support businesses using one of the world's leading online advertising platforms.

About the Role

You'll support Hebrew-speaking business clients, helping them get the most out of their digital advertising campaigns. From answering product questions to troubleshooting technical issues and providing pre- and post-sales support, you'll play an important role in helping businesses succeed online.

You'll receive comprehensive training, so whether you're already familiar with digital advertising or looking to build new skills, you'll be fully prepared for the role.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Supporting business clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assisting customers with advertising products and self-service tools
• Providing pre- and post-sales support
• Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving advertising delivery problems
• Helping clients optimise their use of the platform
• Proactively following up on customer cases until resolution
• Sharing customer feedback and product insights with internal teams
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience in every interaction

Requirements

What You Need:

• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew (spoken and written)
• Good English skills (minimum B2 level)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Good computer skills and confidence using digital tools
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends

Important: To be eligible for this role, you must already hold either an EU passport or a valid Portuguese work permit. Unfortunately, applications requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered.
