Job Purpose
Lead the design and implementation of ACB's future-state Wealth Management organization, operating model, governance framework, and execution structure.
This role will work closely with senior executives across Wealth, Retail Banking, Product, Risk, Operations, Technology, Finance and HR to establish a scalable Wealth franchise with clear governance, accountability, decision-making, and delivery mechanisms.
The successful candidate will act as the central transformation leader responsible for driving the Wealth target operating model from design through implementation and institutionalization.
Key Responsibilities
Wealth Organization Design
- Design the future-state Wealth organizational structure.
- Define key roles, accountabilities, reporting lines and governance responsibilities.
- Ensure alignment across Wealth, Retail Banking, Product, Investment Advisory, Operations and Support Functions.
Target Operating Model
- Lead development of the Wealth Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Define how business units interact across the Wealth value chain.
- Establish operating principles supporting future growth and scalability.
Governance & Decision Making
- Design governance forums, committee structures and escalation mechanisms.
- Clarify decision rights and accountability ownership.
- Establish executive reporting and performance governance.
Transformation Delivery
- Lead strategic Wealth transformation initiatives.
- Drive execution across multiple workstreams.
- Manage dependencies, risks and senior stakeholder alignment.
- Lead SteerCo and Executive Committee updates.
Organization Readiness
- Coordinate with HR on workforce and capability requirements.
- Ensure smooth transition from project phase into BAU governance.
- Establish continuous improvement mechanisms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 15+ years in Banking, Wealth Management, Consulting or Enterprise Transformation.
- Proven experience leading operating model, governance or organization design initiatives.
- Strong exposure to Wealth Management businesses.
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
