You will work with a fast-growing European brand experience company that is transforming how businesses present themselves in physical spaces. As Head of Operations, you will lead the transformation of the company's operational infrastructure by designing scalable processes, optimizing workflows, and implementing AI-driven systems. You will oversee multiple operational teams while driving efficiency, profitability, and long-term business growth.

Position: Head of Operations (Full-Time)

Seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead cross-functional operations across Design, Warehouse, Assembly, and Service Coordination. The ideal candidate is an operational leader with strong financial acumen, exceptional people management skills, and experience building scalable systems within fast-growing companies. This role will play a key part in driving operational excellence while helping the business transition toward AI-native workflows and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations while continuously improving performance across cost, speed, and scalability.

• Design, optimize, and implement operational processes, workflows, automations, and software solutions that improve efficiency.

• Manage, coach, and develop teams across Design, Warehouse, Assembly, and Service Coordination.

• Define and implement operational KPIs across departments while owning operational budgets and improving company profitability.

• Drive strategic operational initiatives that support long-term company growth and scalability.

• Lead the company's transition toward AI-agentic workflows, automation, and AI-native operational systems.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that improve execution and customer experience.

• Partner with leadership to build a high-performance operational culture focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading operations within digital-native, manufacturing, operations, logistics, or high-growth companies.

• Proven experience designing and scaling complex operational systems, workflows, and business processes.

• Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.

• Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams.

• Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and interpreting P&L / profit contribution metrics.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

• Experience driving operational transformation through automation, AI tools, or emerging technologies is highly preferred.

• Interest or experience building AI-native workflows, AI agents, automation systems, or similar technologies.

• Strong prioritization and execution skills with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.

• Fluent English (C1 or above) is required.

• German or Polish is a plus.

Location Requirements (Important)

• This role is based in Wrocław, Poland.

• Candidates currently living anywhere in Poland are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Wrocław.

• This is a hybrid / primarily on-site position. The expected office attendance can be discussed during the interview process with the hiring manager.
