Position Title: Growth Consultant
Location: London, UK (remote-first with flexibility for occasional in-person days as needed)
About the role
Join the LTK Family! LTK is the world's largest creator monetization platform, and we are looking for a Growth Consultant, to manage a portfolio of influencers, ensuring they receive world-class strategy & guidance to increase their earnings and business.
This includes creating and delivering high-impact strategies to drive creator performance, empowering usage of the platform, utilizing data to reinforce strategic initiatives and activities, trend analysis, and long-term planning.
This role will own an influencer portfolio and will be responsible for managing these influencers whilst working cross-functionally to enhance each influencer's business. It involves important teamwork within the Influencer, Marketing, and Brand Platform teams. You will have frequent interaction with external clients and the occasional travel to be the face of LTK in your portfolio.
How you will make an impact
- Build the best-in-class coaching and nurturing for a portfolio of influencers. You will be coaching influencers across the UK.
- Own and nurture your portfolio of influencers personally via meetings, whilst maintaining the company’s existing relationship with top-performing influencers and being the go-to person; building the best in class relationships.
- Deliver short, medium & long-term growth strategies for a portfolio of influencers to increase their earnings. Leaning into specific strategies focused on driving growth across different creator personas.
- Be an expert on the social media landscape, constantly keeping up to date with social media developments with a view to consulting influencers and the wider team about how to leverage each channel effectively to grow their business/audience/sales/LTK Shop, etc.
- Provide timely internal reporting, trend insights and analysis, creator insight & feedback, and identify areas to address or new opportunities/process improvements to support the business and influencer lifecycle.
- Contribute to a high-performance culture.
- Attend influencer events when necessary.
What you will bring to LTK
- Able to demonstrate influencer growth experience; relationships and growing talent.
- 2+ years of experience in the influencer marketing/agency/affiliate/talent management industry. Specific experience in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle categories is desirable.
- Excellent understanding of the social media landscape and trends in the UK (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube etc.).
- A strong understanding of the creator industry and knowledge of a mixture of creator personas.
- Great understanding of Analytics and Data, with an astute ability to optimize tactics accordingly and implement scalable strategies where necessary.
- Proactive communication and can-do attitude.
- Proficiency with general office software (Excel, Keynote, Word, Google Docs).
- A solutions-driven mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency.
- Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences. #LI-CW1
