About the Role

We’re hiring a Sr. Performance Marketing Designer to drive scalable growth through high-performing paid social creative.

This is a direct response role, not brand marketing or organic social. You’ll join the Performance Creative team and report directly to the Director of Performance Creative.

You’ll be responsible for translating briefs and winning concepts into high-converting static image ads, collaborating with Creative Strategists to identify new opportunities, and analyzing performance data to continually iterate and find winning ads.

You will…

• Design high-converting static ad creatives for Paid Social Campaigns
• Translate existing winning video ads and briefs into high-converting static ads
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to identify static ad opportunities across funnel stages and ICPs
• Produce multiple ad variations for testing with clear hypotheses across messaging and design
• Leverage high-volume static ads to test messaging that inform broader creative strategy
• Conduct competitor & industry research on high-converting static ads
• Analyze performance data to iterate and optimize design and copy

Requirements

• Experience – 3+ years in direct response marketing and design
• Strong Portfolio — Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio to back it up
• Direct Response — experience applying direct response principles in static ads; you design for conversion, not aesthetics
• Design Chops — Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills
• Platform Fluency – Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and performance creative metrics
• Copywriting – Instinct for how messaging and copy impact static creatives
• Platform Experience — Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
• AI Literacy — to push out volume
