You'll work directly with the founders to shape Flai's voice, tell customer stories, launch products, and establish Flai as the category leader in AI for automotive. The raw material is all here: measurable ROI, customers who love the product, and a market that's just beginning to pay attention to AI.

What You'll Do

• Content: Own the content strategy and create the actual content across social, website, customer stories, thought leadership, and other channels.

• Brand strategy and positioning: Define what Flai stands for, how we differentiate, and how we communicate our story.

• Product marketing: Lead messaging, product launches, competitive positioning, and customer use-case development.

• Sales enablement: Own decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, demos, and other sales collateral.

• Brand activation and merchandise: Define how the team shows up at dealerships, events, and in the market.

• Customer advocacy and growth loops: Build referral programs, customer advocacy, community, and other engagement or distribution loops.

• Events and field marketing: Own conferences, dealer events, activations, and Flai's overall event strategy.

• PR and company communications: Support announcements around fundraising, partnerships, product launches, and company milestones.

Who You Are

• 5+ years in content, brand, product, or growth marketing at a B2B tech company.

• An exceptional writer with a portfolio you own, not just contributed to.

• Curious about AI, energized by new markets, and comfortable figuring things out.

• High ownership, strong follow-through, bias toward shipping.

Nice to have: early-stage startup experience, AI or vertical SaaS background, founder brand building, video content production.
