Our International business is our high growth engine of Everpure, covering the Theaters of APJ, EMEA and LATAM. The Theaters each have their own unique capabilities, cultural diversity but all have a thirst for analytical information and that's where you come in.

 
WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking an exceptional Finance Director to support the ANZ, ASEAN, and Indian Sales team reporting to the AVP of International Sales Finance. This role will focus heavily on business partnering with Country and Regional leaders, in a very varied role, covering all aspects from Commercial deal support in conjunction with our deal desk, working with our Shared Services team on building out intelligence, analytics and reporting to reviewing leading indicators of performance such as pipeline or Expense to Bookings with Sales leadership. This is an instrumental role for Finance to provide value added analysis to the business, it requires a high level of cross-group collaboration, analytical skills, experience in influencing others and executive maturity skills. You will have the unique opportunity to lead and influence a core part of Everpure's strategy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Grow the Business

• Drive and influence deal structuring activities in partnership with sales teams, expanding sales finance participation in large or complex deal reviews and providing leadership to sponsor and assist deals
• Understand the story behind the numbers and translate this into forward-looking narratives and forecasts which align with underlying business and market insights
• Identify and utilize the right data to help sales leaders see around corners and continue to grow the business with minimal disruption
• Provide economic and financial analysis to support pricing strategies and investment decisions
• Be responsible for understanding, forecasting and optimizing the core drivers of revenue in the various segments and territories

Drive Finance & Business Excellence

• Establish and improve metrics and reporting with focus on data consistency and most impactful and actionable insights
• Drive financial empowerment and accountability at multiple levels of management in the APAC region, and across all actionable investment areas
• Challenge existing norms or courses of action, facilitating fully informed decision-making. Help institute balanced decision-making, driving the business to identify both risks and opportunities
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities, including Expense-to-Bookings (E:B) reporting processes
• Provide analytical support to Sales leadership and drive ad-hoc cross-functional projects.

Cross-team Collaboration

• Deliver Results through Teamwork: Work effectively across teams including field management, Sales Operations, Revenue Accounting, Order Management, Tax, Legal, and HR. Align people and resources, establishing high standards of performance and creating a climate of mutual accountability that delivers expected business results
• Provide support to the International team on special projects and initiatives
• Drive continual process improvement leveraging best practices, standardization, and automation to scale the business.

• The ideal Finance Director for this role is a commercially minded finance leader who can build and scale finance capabilities while acting as a strategic partner to the business. The successful candidate should have proven experience in establishing finance functions and processes from the ground up, developing scalable financial infrastructure, and driving resource allocation and investment decisions that support long-term business growth.
• The role requires someone who is proactive in identifying business challenges, recognizing early indicators of risk and opportunity, and developing practical, solution-oriented strategies. In addition, the candidate should excel at prioritizing high-impact initiatives, driving financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while continuously improving processes through standardization and automation.
• You should possess strong business acumen, be able to interpret financial data into meaningful business insights, and influence senior sales and regional leaders through clear, impactful communication
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and be well versed in translating ideas into clear, high impact communications. Hands-on, willing to roll up your sleeves, and capable of building the financial ecosystem for the region while partnering closely with the business to enable sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• Finance, Accounting, Economics BS degree or equivalent. MBA preferred and a plus.
• 10+ Years experience in high tech environments/ industry.
• Prior experience of working with ERP systems including NetSuite, Anaplan or similar financial planning tools.
