We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Executive with strong expertise in Air Export Documentation, Billing & Payments, and End-to-End Logistics Operations to manage international shipment processes and ensure seamless export execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating export documentation, shipment scheduling, banking submissions, customs compliance, and communication with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

This role requires close collaboration with freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks, transport partners, government authorities, customers, and internal teams to manage export operations efficiently. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, and the ability to manage multiple shipments while ensuring compliance with export regulations and customer requirements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Insurance Certificates, and other shipping documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely booking, dispatch, customs clearance, and delivery of export shipments.
• Handle billing, payment documentation, and banking submissions under Letter of Credit (LC), Documentary Collection, DP/DA, and other export payment terms.
• Review export documentation for compliance with banking requirements to minimize discrepancies and payment delays.
• Track export documentation, shipment status, payment realization, and resolve documentation-related queries with banks and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers regarding shipment schedules, documentation requirements, dispatch updates, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, export documentation, billing details, payment status, and compliance reports.
• Liaise with Sales, Production, Accounts, Dispatch, and Logistics teams to ensure shipment readiness and timely execution.
• Monitor changes in export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare daily shipment trackers, logistics reports, and operational updates for management review.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively resolve shipment, documentation, or payment-related issues to ensure smooth export operations.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Air Export Documentation, international shipping, and logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, freight forwarding, and international shipping processes.
• Hands-on experience managing billing, banking documentation, export payments, and Letter of Credit (LC), DP/DA documentation.
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and coordination with freight forwarders, transporters, and regulatory authorities.
• Good understanding of Airway Bill booking, invoicing, and shipment documentation processes.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation accuracy and compliance awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email communication, shipment tracking systems, and logistics reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple shipments and deadlines efficiently.
