What is Expert Order To Cash?

This position is responsible to support order to cash cycle and areas around this Domain. Starting from Placing an Order till Receiving cash against all Product/Services of Jazz. This position is accountable for User Management & Master DATA management and product Catalogue availability in Point of Sale/EFICS/DBSS to ensure Sales. Furthermore, this Position is responsible for Daily/weekly/Monthly Business & Management reporting   

The Expert order To Cash is the primary Point of Contact and first line support for All EFICS Users/Stake Holders i.e. (INTERNAL & EXTERNAL) of the end-to-end Order to Cash process with the overall goal of delivering O2C services while ensuring quality, business continuity, customer satisfaction, and cost effectiveness.

The role reports directly to the Manager Orders Management & Support

What does Expert Order To Cash do?

Key responsibilities

• On-Boarding- On-boarding of new franchises and business Centres in eFICS
• User Management – Nationwide for internal/external customers
• POS- Product Catalogue – Products / Payment Channels and Locations Management
• RBS Queries- Subscriber Queries Resolution   
• EFICS Report Server - Administration and Management
• Management Reporting – Nationwide daily/weekly/Monthly reporting to different Business Heads
• New Project Deliver/Change Requests – PD/ Standardization/Commercial/Sales
• Daily Operations – Handle & Resolve operational Queries related to EFICS as per agreed SLA. 
• Service Management: Build a trustworthy “Service Operations” Support in Adhoc Reporting’s.
• Operational Excellence: Build a culture focused on process excellence, service mindset, and one team
• Compliance & Controls: Conducting Quarterly SOX Audit & Internal/External Audit
• Trade Inventory: Manage inventory loading and tagging through RPA, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
• Order Management: Process tangible and intangible orders efficiently within the defined turnaround time.
• APC Operations: Manage APC partner wallets, invoicing, and receipt processing, ensuring timely and accurate operations.
• Direct Debit: Process direct debit transactions and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Bounced Cheque: Process bounced cheque reversals in the system and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Timely and accurate monthly financial closing

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Order To Cash?

Experience and Educational requirements

• Understanding the SQL / PL-SQL (Data Extraction & Analysis)
• Understanding on Relevant ERP, RPA, or IT certifications are preferred.
• Understanding billing and settlements processes.
• MBA, ACCA, CA (Inter), or equivalent qualification with 7–8 years of telecom Industry
