Role Summary and Impact

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to support the execution of best-in-class influencer marketing campaigns. You will be a key player in the team, responsible for the day-to-day management of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

• Support the development and execution of end-to-end influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
• Assist in the campaign lifecycle, from influencer identification, vetting, and selection to negotiation support, briefing, and execution.
• Help build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of content creators, talent agencies, and key partners.
• Support the content creation process, ensuring quality, brand alignment, and adherence to campaign timelines and legal guidelines.
• Assist in managing campaign budgets and tracking expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), support performance analysis, and assist in preparing insightful post-campaign reports.
• Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day inquiries from internal teams regarding influencer partnerships.
• Ensure all influencer collaborations are fully compliant with legal, ethical, and client-specific guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new social platforms, and emerging creator talent, sharing new opportunities with the team.

Skills and experience:

• 1-2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field, preferably within an agency environment.
• A developing network of relationships with influencers and creators in the Vietnamese market.
• Experience in supporting the execution of successful, data-driven influencer campaigns.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• A foundational understanding of the social media landscape, including platform-specific best practices and emerging trends.
• Good analytical skills with an ability to track campaign effectiveness and support in reporting.
• Excellent project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail, deadlines, and budget tracking.
• Persuasive and effective communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• A creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
