We are seeking a Driver Operations Lead who will not back down in the face of challenge, who is ready to try new things and is ready to make history together with the rest of the team at Lalamove. Life at Lalamove is fast-paced, thrilling, and we are constantly doing things no one has ever done before. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this person will be specialize in driver onboarding funnel design and conversion efficiency, with the target to maximize the number of converted drivers, and scale validated learnings to improve supply quantity and quality across assigned markets
