Your Mission:

We are looking for an Operations specialist to join our fast-growing Operations team. Reporting to our Operations Team Lead, you will be supporting Nuvei Liquidity. Nuvei Liquidity is a Lithuania-based, licensed crypto-asset service provider. The company’s core activities include the global sale of crypto assets and the development, operation, and maintenance of Nuvei’s crypto products, such as “Buy Crypto” and “Pay with Crypto.”

The Role:

As a Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring transactions and resolving transactional issues, while escalating recurring issues to senior staff. You will serve as the initial point of contact during working hours for partners and service providers prompt and effective communication.

Your role includes performing routine system maintenance tasks and conducting quality checks on third-party providers, reporting any inconsistencies to seniors. You will provide initial troubleshooting, respond to and resolve incidents, and maintain detailed records of incidents and problems. Additionally, you will generate reports on system performance, incidents, and other operational metrics, while keeping yourself updated on all company products and services.

In this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of how the crypto-asset industry operates and will have the opportunity to engage with leading participants in the global digital asset ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Monitoring: Follow up on and resolve transactional issues; report any recurring issues to senior specialists.
• Primary Contact: Serve as the initial point of contact during working hours for partners and service providers.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance tasks and quality checks of third-party providers; report any inconsistencies to senior specialists.
• Initial Troubleshooting: Provide initial troubleshooting, respond to, and resolve incidents. Identify and report recurring issues to senior specialists.
• Incident Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents and problems.
• Report Generation: Generate basic reports on system performance, incidents, and other operational metrics.
• Product Knowledge: Remain aware of and up-to-date on all updates and changes to Nevada’s products and services.

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is EUR 19,600 - EUR 27,000 (gross). This range represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired into this role in the specified location. If the position is filled in a different location, a different salary range may apply due to objective factors such as local labor market conditions and cost of living.

This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Nuvei and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location.
