About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Intern to support our
marketing initiatives. The intern will work closely with the team to enhance our brand presence, create engaging
content, manage influencer collaborations and support business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) by planning, creating, scheduling,
and publishing content.
● Create engaging marketing assets including posts, reels, stories, graphics, short videos, and promotional creatives.
● Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals and product launches.
● Identify, coordinate, and manage influencer collaborations, including product dispatch, campaign tracking, and
performance reporting.
● Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and special
offers.
● Support improvements in product packaging design, website banners, landing pages, and other brand creatives.
● Research and generate corporate sales leads for gifting, employee wellness programs, and bulk orders.
● Assist in setting up and monitoring Meta and Google retargeting campaigns while analysing campaign performance
and customer engagement.
● Track social media and campaign metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to increase brand reach and conversions.
Desired Skills
● Strong interest in Digital Marketing, Branding, and Social Media.
● Good communication and content writing skills.
● Knowledge of Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, or similar design/scheduling tools.
● Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital marketing trends.
● Creative mindset with attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask and work independently.
