- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive responses and resolutions to common questions and issues regarding supported programs, systems, processes, and procedures.
- Accurately prepare, organize, and key in a minimum of 150 electronic invoices for processing a day, with less than 1 % error rate per program
- Meet the criteria as outlined above and/or have related customer support experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Frequently move office supplies and small computer equipment weighing up to 10 pounds across the embossing area. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Minimum one year of Data Entry experience and able to key a minimum of 10,000 ksph is preferred but not required.
- Motivated and enthusiastic.
- Proven ability to assess, prioritize, and balance daily workload while using personal judgment and strong decision-making skills.
- Organized and self-sufficient with moderate supervision needed and the ability to communicate a summary of completed tasks to leaders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Coachable with the ability to improve performance based on feedback.
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to work in a collaborative team and independent environment.
