The role

This role sits within the in-house Creative department, where creatives, photographers and stylist collaborate closely to bring Love, Bonito's vision to life through compelling fashion imagery and storytelling.

As a Creative Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the creative team across campaign, catalog and content productions. This is a highly hands-on role that combines fashion styling with strong operational excellence. You'll be responsible for keeping samples organised, supporting model castings, preparing shoot assets, and ensuring workflows run smoothly from planning through execution.

You have a keen eye for fashion and styling, enjoy working behind the scenes to bring creative concepts to life, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical. You are organised, proactive, meticulous, and excited to learn the inner workings of fashion production and styling.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Styling Operations & Sample Management

• Manage the preparation, steaming, organisation and maintenance of all samples.
  Receive, track and organise incoming samples Be responsible for all warehouse/internal loans and promptly returning/tracking them 

2. Shoot Preparation & Production Support

• Support model casting sessions
• Prepare, steam and clean (when necessary) products in advance of shoot schedules
• On set styling assistance during catalog, campaign and content productions
• Post production (colour correction of outfits)
• Uploading of production assets

3. Styling Planning & Administration

• Set up and maintain styling trackers, catalog mapping decks and planning documents.
• Assist in catalog styling planning (approximately 35–50% of the collection)
• Create recurring Catalog AI decks, including manually sourcing supplier imagery from internal drives and organising assets for review
• Shop The Look and model information monthly updates for website enrichment

4. Team & Creative Support

• Develop a strong understanding of Love, Bonito's brand, customer and styling principles
• Collaborate closely with stylists, photographers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs
• Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude when navigating changing priorities and production challenges
• Contribute to an organised, efficient and collaborative creative environment

You Should Have/Be

• Strong interest in fashion, styling and visual storytelling
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• A good understanding of Love, Bonito’s creative vision and our target audience would be advantageous but not required
• Strong administrative and coordination skills
• A proactive and hands-on attitude with enthusiasm to work and achieve as part of a team. 
• Prior styling, fashion, retail or production experience is a bonus
• A self-starter with a proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of fit and fabric, and how it impacts women of different body shapes and sizes 

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in the fashion field
• Available to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3-6 months
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous but not required
• Only Singapore and Permanent Residents
