Requirements

What we’re looking for:  

• You have significant experience in consulting, particularly in the Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams space, and you thrive on helping clients achieve their business goals.  

• You excel in leading end-to-end project delivery, managing timelines, scope, and client expectations. You’re ready to take charge of multiple projects and ensure they are completed successfully.  

• Building strong client relationships comes naturally to you. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey.  

• You’re confident leading design workshops and other client-facing sessions, ensuring meaningful and productive discussions that lead to actionable outcomes.  

• Working alongside a cross-functional team is your sweet spot. You collaborate effortlessly with developers, other consultants, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional solutions.  

• You’re always looking for ways to enhance processes and service delivery, contributing to ongoing improvement in both projects and the wider consulting practice.   

• Ideally, you’re Melbourne-based  

• You’re a true problem solver, able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment   

• We're looking for impeccable English-language writing abilities and fine attention to detail  

• You will have a passion for creating well designed solutions that help people work better together
