Turn Every Conversation Into Someone's First Step Forward
You're a natural listener and communicator who knows how to make people feel heard. You bring warmth, energy, and professionalism to every interaction, and you find real satisfaction in helping people feel excited and confident about what's ahead.
As a Community Outreach Coordinator at Precoa, you'll help families across the country take that first step toward pre-planning by guiding them through the RSVP process for our free community education events.
It's a role built on connection, not scripts, and it's a great place to build real communication and customer service skills from day one!
What You’ll Do (and Why You’ll Love Doing It)
Make a real impact
- You'll talk with prospective attendees and create positive, personal experiences as you guide them through registering for our events. Every call is a chance to help someone feel more confident about planning ahead.
Foster excitement
- You'll share event details in a way that builds interest and confidence, making the RSVP process feel smooth and welcoming. Your energy sets the tone for the entire event experience.
Stay organized to drive conversion
- You'll enter and update attendee information in Salesforce so our teams can follow up with care and precision. You'll build sharp attention to detail and real comfort working in CRM systems.
Support a great experience
- You'll partner with our Advertised Community Education Program (ACEP) team and assist with pre-event coordination. You'll gain exposure to how a national program runs behind the scenes.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy juggling multiple priorities, staying on top of the details, and being part of a team that values kindness, service, and connection.
Are you ready to help others take the first step towards peace of mind?
