  • Partner with contract manufacturers, suppliers, packaging vendors, and logistics providers to ensure seamless launch execution.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders throughout commercialization.

Process & Systems

  • Build and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and operational tools that improve visibility and execution.
  • Standardize commercialization processes, documentation, and governance to create scalable, repeatable product launches.
  • Drive continuous improvement across commercialization workflows, systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Commercialization, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Operations, R&D Operations, or a related role within CPG, food & beverage, or consumer products.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional product launches.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and external operational partners.
  • Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and drive execution across diverse stakeholders.
  • Systems-oriented with a passion for building scalable processes and improving operational efficiency.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
  • Curious, resourceful, and energized by bringing innovative products to market.

Benefits

  • This is a full-time, in-office role based in New York City. We work onsite five days a week- when the culture fits, it is fun to be in the office together.
  • Salary: $130,000-$140,000 per year, inclusive of bonus.
  • Company equity options.
  • 100% covered Health, Vision, Dental Insurance.
  • 401(k) with 4% match.
