You Are:
The Cloud Infrastructure Lead will maintain and operate the client DevSecOps factory and its associated automated pipelines. This person will integrate security into every phase of the software lifecycle, manage the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, and ensure that the development factory, processes, and documentation are secure and efficient.
The Work:
- Will design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions, automate build, test, and deployment processes to increase reliability and efficiency, and implement infrastructure as code practices for consistent environments
- Will integrate security scanning tools into the CI/CD pipeline, implement automated quality gates to prevent insecure code from being deployed, and establish monitoring and alerting for pipeline health and performance
- Will manage source code repositories and branching strategies, implement artifact management and versioning, and establish deployment strategies such as blue-green or canary deployments
- Will collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to optimize the software delivery lifecycle, document pipeline configurations and processes, and continuously improve the DevSecOps practices based on metrics and feedback
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of DevSecOps, automation, and secure pipeline development experience
- Experience developing cloud architecture for one or more of the following: AWS, Azure, and/or Google Platform
- Experience with implementations of cloud architecture
- Responsible for managing a team of direct reports and leading teams/projects or workstreams where you were the decision -maker, coach, mentor, developed the team skills and/or managed conflict

- 15+ years of industry experience
- Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
- Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
