What You'll Own

Data Analysis and Insights:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support the GM and other business units.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform strategic and operational decisions.

Collaboration with Business Functions:

Work closely with the GM to understand business objectives and align data initiatives accordingly.

Partner with different departments (e.g., marketing, account management, finance, operations) to provide analytical support and data-driven recommendations.

Assist in setting measurable goals and tracking performance against targets.

Project Management:

Lead end-to-end BI projects, from initial scoping and data collection to analysis, reporting, and implementation.

Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of BI projects, meeting the needs of the business.

Data Governance and Quality:

Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.

Monitor data quality and address discrepancies or data-related issues promptly.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on using BI tools and interpreting data.

Act as a subject matter expert on data analysis and BI methodologies.

Essentials to Succeed

Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment or digital industry

Solid analytical skills with an understanding of links to commercial business

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of Excel and SQL are a must, Python is preferred

Team player with strong communication skills and the ability for problem solving

Highly adaptable, self-driven, and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Able to communicate (written and verbal) effectively in English

AI Competency: Proficient in leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate data exploration, automate documentation, and streamline workflow efficiency.
