What you will do:

• Reporting & Insights – prepare periodic reports, ensure data accuracy and consistency, build and maintain relevant dashboards.
• Operations & Process Analytics – monitor metrics, identify inefficiencies, and support workflow optimization and automation efforts.
• Process Improvement – review and map current processes, propose enhancements, and implement changes to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Customer Engagement & Experience – analyze investors' engagement and metrics, identify and improve customers' touchpoints.
• Investor's Campaign Support – assist in driving engagement initiatives and perform post-campaign analysis for continuous improvement.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in business analyst role for operations, preferably in digital financing, fintech, or banking.
• Experience in generating and validating reports.
• Experience in process optimization, automation and use of AI & Automation tools
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

What it is in for you:

• Exposure to using automation and AI tools including deploying Agentic AI.
• Deepening of knowledge of Microsoft Office Appliances and Google Suite such as ability to create and process Google Sheets.
• Detailed oriented and familiar with SC guidelines.
