About the role

The Trading Campaign Specialist is responsible for planning, setting up, and managing promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. This role works closely with the Trading and Marketing teams to ensure promotions are accurately configured, optimized, and aligned with business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Campaign & Promotion Management

• Create and configure promotional missions and campaign setups within internal systems.
• Set up and manage manual Free Bet gifts, Lucky Wheel promotions, and other customer incentive campaigns.
• Ensure all promotional activities are implemented accurately and according to campaign requirements.

Trading Coordination

• Collaborate closely with the Trading team to align campaign mechanics, promotional offers, and business objectives.
• Coordinate campaign execution timelines and ensure all trading-related requirements are fulfilled.
• Support the launch and monitoring of promotional initiatives that impact sportsbook performance.

Promotion Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze promotion setup configurations and campaign settings to ensure effectiveness and compliance with business goals.
• Review campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on promotion configurations before launch.

Cross-Functional Communication

• Act as a key liaison between Trading and Marketing departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Communicate campaign requirements, timelines, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support marketing initiatives by providing promotional setup expertise and operational guidance.

What you'll bring

• Experience in sportsbook operations or similar Igaming business (not necessarily)
• Excellent command of Excel/ Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess promotional performance and identify improvements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Even better if

• Know what GGR, TO, ROI mean as abbreviations
• Have worked closely with product/ dev teams
• Know a bit of SQL and can write simple queries
