Knowledge Centre India (KCI)

Knowledge Center India (KCI) is the central engine that drives the operational value for the firm. Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management across all aspects of the firm's business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 5 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT, working round the clock on many mission critical elements.

The Position

  Job Summary: 

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Azure DevOps Engineer with over 3+ years of experience, specializing in Terraform, Azure services, YAML-based pipelines and monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure and applications on the Azure platform. A strong understanding of DevOps principles, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native services is essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML scripting. 

• Implement and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform on Microsoft Azure. 

• Manage and optimize Azure resources, including Azure App Service, Function App, API Management (APIM), Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Search Service, Log Analytics, and related services. 

• Configure and troubleshoot networking components including virtual networks, subnets, Application Gateway, Private Endpoints, firewalls, and NSGs. 

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana, etc. 

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, applications, and monitoring configurations. 

• Proactively monitor and analyze system performance, availability, and reliability to identify and resolve issues. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and security teams to ensure successful project delivery. 

• Implement and enforce security best practices for infrastructure security, scalability and high availability. 

Requirements

 Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps and Terraform. 

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices. 

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and ARM templates. 

• Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker knowledge is plus.  

• Good understanding of Azure services including App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Networking. 

• Knowledge of cloud security best practice and compliance standards. 

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
