En tant qu’Assistant Manager, vous serez au cœur de l’action pour faire vivre une expérience sensorielle exceptionnelle à chaque participant. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement dynamique, créatif et convivial, aux côtés d'une équipe passionnée. Vous aurez aussi un rôle clé dans la gestion quotidienne du site, tout en contribuant à la croissance de SENSAS Bruxelles. Vos Missions
Domaine administratif et comptable :
- Gestion des appels clients, fournisseurs et partenaires
- Suivi des indicateurs d’activité
- Gestion de la caisse et des factures
- Rédaction de comptes-rendus de réunion
Domaine du management :
- Assurer la qualité de l’accueil et la satisfaction client
- Participer au recrutement et à la gestion des plannings
- Former et intégrer les nouvelles recrues
Domaine de la communication :
- Création et animation des réseaux sociaux
- Rédaction d'articles pour le site internet
- Participation à des brainstorming avec l’équipe
Profil Requis
- Vous êtes réactif(ve), adaptable, et avez un excellent relationnel
- Vous êtes motivé(e), dynamique, rigoureux(se) et honnête
- Vous avez une grande capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un(e) excellent(e) coéquipier(ère)
- La maîtrise de l'anglais et du flamand est un gros plus
Horaires et Disponibilité
- Le centre est ouvert 6 jours sur 7, de 9h à 23h. Vous serez amené(e) à travailler en soirée, week-end, jours fériés et pendant les vacances scolaires.
Contrat et Rémunération
- Type de contrat : CDD de 6 mois renouvelable, avec possibilité de CDI, 38h/semaine
- Rémunération : 2 700 € brut/mois + variable
- Prise en charge de la moitié du transport
- Lieu : Bruxelles, quartier d'Ixelles
