Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is now seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, and passionate Assistant Partnerships Manager who will directly report to the Partnerships Manager to join our Global Partnership team. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You must be a self-starter and a team player who can quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability, and effectiveness.
• You will support the rapid expansion of the Global market by researching, connecting with, and updating trends in global brand opportunities. You will execute collaboration collections and marketing campaigns to drive business growth according to the company's direction.

Job Description

• Develop and execute collaboration projects to drive business growth according to the company's direction. Plan and deploy marketing and collaboration launch campaigns
• Drive project management and stakeholder relations across internal teams and external partners; align creative feedback, marketing assets and launch timelines to ensure seamless, on-time product delivery
• Demonstrate creativity and coordinate with the design team to develop collaborative creatives. Independently work on seeking approvals from partners on creative and marketing materials
• Optimize and initiate engaging and sales-driven marketing activations with the brand partners, including but not limited to social media, influencer campaigns, and content-driven campaigns. With clear objectives to increase sales, drive website traffic and conversion, and/or collaboration launch engagement
• Own KPIs and analytics to report on the success, learnings, and other key insights from campaigns, marketing tests, and channels
• Deliver regular sales reports and support budget and sales forecasts
• Perform market research and monitor competition, market activities, events, and trends
• Support any assigned business development projects

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing, or equivalent discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer product licensing, project management or marketing
• Experience in go-to-market plan execution is preferred 
• Able to work under pressure, quickly adapt, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrates strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills to align with high-level marketing objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills to deal with both internal parties and external partners
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills on both technical and non-technical matters
• Passionate about technology, fashion, and lifestyle brands and eager to be part of a growing start-up team
