Keeley Construction is currently seeking skilled Asphalt-Concrete Laborer to join our Paving Group.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks related to asphalt paving, patching, concrete work, and surface preparation.
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and other equipment to spread, level, and smooth asphalt or concrete.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
- Operate small power tools as needed for various jobsite tasks.
- Communicate with equipment operators to ensure safe and accurate movement and placement of materials.
- Set up, move, and take down signs, barricades, cones, and other traffic control devices as required for jobsite safety.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Maintain reliable and regular attendance.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and the rest of the team to ensure smooth jobsite operations.
Minimum Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in asphalt paving or concrete work.
All candidates agree to complete an assessment for selection and pre-employment drug screen.
