Job Responsibilities:

Respond to order handover emails from the Operations team, confirm receipt, and upload all products from merchants to Sllr accurately and on time.

Review incoming orders against Sllr records to ensure all information is accurate and complete before releasing orders for shipment.

Maintain accurate archive records by ensuring completed orders are properly archived and closed in Sllr after receipt is confirmed by Bosta.

Follow up on missing or incorrect order information with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.

Support regular checks of archive records to maintain data accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

Supervise the daily work of Archive Coordinators and ensure archiving activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines when the Inventory Liquidation Specialist is unavailable.

Job Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, logistics, or archive-related role.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
