Hey, I'm Cory, founder of Amandean. I started the company in 2016 because the supplement industry is full of hype, fillers, and questionable claims, and I wanted to build the opposite. Amandean is a premium, clean-label US supplement brand: marine and beef collagen, liposomal vitamins, magnesium, creatine, omega-3s, and formulas for sleep, gut, joint, and brain health. Everything is science-backed, rigorously tested, and sustainably sourced, "Super Ingredients for Superhumans."

Our customers aren't the mass supplement market. They're health-conscious professionals, biohackers, and longevity nerds who read labels, care where ingredients come from, and stick around, subscriptions are a core part of the business. We sell primarily through our own Shopify store, with a significant Amazon presence and we are looking to grow our DTC sales. We've grown revenue by 50% in the past 12 months and are looking to continue the momentum.  We're a small, fully remote team, and you'll work directly with me.

We're looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to lead marketing across our DTC store, with Meta and TikTok as the channels we're scaling next. This is a hands-on role: you produce the work yourself, you don't delegate it. You'll own the strategy and creative output across every DTC channel and have the taste and instinct to make it all hold together.

Here's what you'll be doing:

📈 Leading  DTC marketing across entire funnel (strategy through execution)

🧩 Keeping messaging and creative consistent across every channel, built on a clear point of view about our customer

🤖 Using AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT, image generation) to multiply your output without sacrificing quality

🤝 Working alongside our media buyer, Amazon PPC lead, and Klaviyo specialist, owning the creative that feeds their channels

🚀 Reporting directly to me, operating independently, and taking real ownership of results without waiting to be told what to do

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need:

✅ Proven 3+ years ecommerce marketing experience working for a DTC brand

✅ A track record of delivering measurable ecommerce growth, with clear examples of how your work improved revenue, conversion, acquisition, retention, or another key performance metric

✅ Experience working  for a brand doing high 7 to low 8 figures in revenue — big enough to have real complexity, small enough that you're still hands-on

✅ Hands-on experience developing and testing Meta ad creatives, including the ability to turn customer insights and performance data into stronger concepts

✅ Established experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and image-generation platforms as part of your daily marketing workflow

✅ Deep expertise in at least one core discipline, creative direction, copywriting, or design, alongside the ability to produce strong work across the other areas with the support of AI

✅ Strong marketing judgement and the ability to keep messaging, positioning, and creative consistent across ads, emails, listings, and landing pages

✅ The ability to work independently, take ownership, and execute the work yourself without needing a team to delegate it to

✅ Fluent spoken and written English

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience marketing supplements or another regulated consumer product in the US

⭐ Video ad creative and TikTok experience

⭐ Ecommerce email marketing or Klaviyo experience

⭐ Strong copywriting skills

⭐ Experience with landing pages and conversion-rate optimization

You’re proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable taking real ownership. You don’t wait to be given a detailed list of instructions, you identify what needs improving and get it done. You already use AI to work faster, but you also know when the output needs to be challenged, edited, or rejected. Most importantly, you have the taste and judgement to produce work that feels consistent, credible, and right for the customer.
