We're looking for an organized, proactive, and client-focused Account Manager to join our Integrated Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for bringing sold partnership programs to life—serving as the primary day-to-day contact for clients while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly.

You'll manage integrated campaigns for tourism boards and travel-adjacent brands across categories including financial services, retail, insurance, transportation, and hospitality. Success in this role requires exceptional project management, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and international clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the execution of integrated marketing campaigns from kickoff through final reporting and wrap-up.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients during campaign execution, building trusted relationships and ensuring an outstanding client experience.
• Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to develop a deep understanding of sold programs and campaign objectives before launch.
• Lead internal kickoff meetings and coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Creative, Video, Social, Ad Operations, Production, and other internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Monitor campaign progress, proactively identify risks, and communicate solutions before issues arise.
• Manage client feedback and revision cycles while balancing business objectives with creative integrity.
• Coordinate campaign reporting, performance recaps, and final deliverables.
• Help refine internal workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of account management, client services, and/or integrated marketing experience.
• Experience managing branded content, media, or integrated marketing campaigns.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting with both clients and senior internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clients and partners across multiple time zones.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and keep complex projects moving forward.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
• Passion for travel, storytelling, media, or destination marketing is a plus.

Compensation:

Total Cash Compensation Range: $38.00 – $42.00/ hour
