Über diese Account Manager Stelle bei Provectus
We are looking for an Account Manager to own and grow Provectus's existing client base on the East Coast. This seat is about managing a portfolio of active and recently closed accounts, driving renewal and expansion revenue, and becoming a trusted advisor to the enterprise stakeholders inside our current clients. You will manage multiple active engagements simultaneously — tracking delivery health, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring clients remain commercially engaged.
You need enough commercial fluency in what we deliver to have expansion conversations about new workstreams, additional business units, and new service lines — especially as Anthropic's Claude-based offerings evolve.
Responsibilities:
Account management
-
Own a portfolio of active Provectus clients on the East Coast; serve as the primary commercial point of contact.
-
Track engagement health, project milestones, and client satisfaction in close coordination with delivery leads — flag risks before they become problems.
-
Manage contract renewals, SOW extensions, and change orders; maintain clean CRM records and accurate revenue forecasts.
-
Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts — new workstreams, additional business units, adjacent use cases.
-
Run structured executive business reviews with key accounts to align on outcomes, surface new needs, and strengthen the relationship.
-
Own a quarterly expansion and renewal revenue target across your portfolio.
-
Collaborate with the BDM on smooth handoffs from new logo close to ongoing account management.
Expansion and upsell
What You Need to Succeed:
-
5–6 years in account management, customer success in consulting.
-
Experience managing a portfolio of complex accounts simultaneously: renewal negotiations, expansion cycles, and multi-stakeholder relationships.
-
Comfortable operating at multiple levels within a client — from project leads and technical contacts up to executives.
-
Strong commercial instincts — able to identify expansion opportunities through relationships.
-
Vertical experience in Financial Services or Life Sciences.
-
Experience managing clients adopting emerging technology (AI, cloud, data modernisation) with significant internal change management complexity.
-
Existing East Coast enterprise client network with relationships at VP or C-suite level.
-
Familiarity with AI/ML consulting or data solutions — enough to have informed conversations about scope, delivery approach, and value realisation is preferred.
-
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
