Role Overview

Do you spend your free time exploring new releases, mastering difficult mechanics, optimizing builds, or completing every side mission? We are looking for passionate and highly skilled AAA gamers to turn their gaming experience into valuable data for next-generation AI systems.

You will play selected AAA titles, complete specific in-game actions and scenarios, record your sessions, and organize gameplay data using dedicated project tools. This is an opportunity to use your gaming knowledge, precision, and persistence in a professional project—no previous AI experience is required.

CONTRACT: Freelance contractor, paid per completed task

COMMITMENT: Flexible, based on available tasks and project demand

LOCATIONS: Fully remote - GLOBAL

PROCESS: Application review, gaming setup check, practical assessment, and onboarding

NOTES: You must own a high-end gaming PC capable of running and recording modern AAA games smoothly. Access to specific game titles may be required.

HOURLY RATE: $10 - $18/h

Responsibilities

• Play a range of modern AAA games and capture structured gameplay data.
• Complete specific missions, actions, mechanics, or in-game scenarios.
• Record and annotate gameplay sessions according to clear instructions.
• Review captured footage and files for accuracy and completeness.
• Troubleshoot recording, performance, and game-related technical issues.
• Organize, catalogue, and securely transfer gameplay data.
• Report unusual game behaviour, unclear instructions, and difficult scenarios.
• Share regular progress updates with the remote project team.
• Complete assigned gaming tasks within agreed deadlines.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for AAA gaming and strong familiarity with modern titles.
• High level of gameplay proficiency and confidence learning new games quickly.
• Ownership of a high-end gaming PC suitable for playing and recording demanding games.
• Experience using gameplay recording or screen-capture tools.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and repeat in-game actions accurately.
• Professional written and spoken English.
