The Role
In this role, you will work alongside engineers on the AI Platform team to design, build, and
maintain the platform that powers our customer-facing AI tools. You will contribute to systems
for prompt management, model evaluation, and knowledge base maintenance, while also
helping integrate AI models into production systems and supporting the reliability and
performance of the platform.
This position will report to the Engineering Manager of the AI Platform team, which sits within
the broader AI Products division of the Engineering org. The AI Platform team is responsible for
building and maintaining the internal platform used to manage prompts, run evaluations, and
maintain knowledge bases that power our customer-facing AI tools. This is a remote role.

The Role
We're hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the logged-in customer experience at ZenBusiness — the first experience a new business owner sees after signing up and starting to run their company. This role is about everything that happens after completing their formation: how we keep them coming back, deepening the value they get from our product suite, and turning first-time customers into long-term relationships.
You'll own the product roadmap for our native apps (iOS and Android) and web dashboard. Your mandate is to create a unified, delightful, self-serve experience that helps business owners get more out of every ZenBusiness product they own — from formations and compliance to marketing and fintech — and to drive more awareness and attachment of our highest-value offerings they don’t yet own.
This is a high-visibility individual contributor role that reports directly to the VP of Product, Growth.

The Role
ZenBusiness is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Business Systems team. This role goes beyond traditional administration—you will be a systems architect for scalable customer operations, owning the design, automation, and integration of Salesforce across our ecosystem.
You will play a critical role in scaling Customer Success operations, enabling proactive customer engagement, lifecycle management, and support efficiency, while also supporting Sales and Marketing where needed.
This role operates in a Service-oriented, 100% Lightning, Unlimited Edition Salesforce environment, deeply integrated with internal platforms and third-party systems via modern iPaaS tooling.

This is a remote role reporting to the Director of Outbound Sales, with full-time availability required Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST.
Own your results: Manage your pipeline like your own business — generating, advancing, and closing opportunities through proactive outreach and effective follow-up.
Drive revenue: Effectively close sales by connecting with current and prospective ZenBusiness customers and recommending tailored solutions that help them start, run, and grow their businesses.
Create opportunity: Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers to move deals forward and uncover new opportunities.
Deliver excellence: Provide a consultative, value-based experience in every interaction that builds trust and demonstrates the impact of ZenBusiness products and services.
Be coachable: Implement feedback from coaching sessions and leadership. Consistent improvement through openness to feedback is a must on this team.
Stay compliant and professional: Represent ZenBusiness with integrity and professionalism, following compliance guidelines while providing a best-in-class experience.
Keep systems updated: Maintain accurate, detailed notes in Salesforce and TalkDesk during and after each customer interaction.
