You.com is a search platform serving millions of queries across consumer and enterprise products. That scale generates a lot of data: search quality signals, API usage logs, click behavior, billing events, and user engagement across the product. This role is responsible for building the analytics infrastructure that makes all of it useful.
You’ll own the dbt layer that transforms raw search logs, API events, and revenue data into clean, governed models. You’ll also build the dashboards that teams rely on to understand search performance, product engagement, and business health. Strong technical depth and strong visual judgment are both expected.
You’ll work closely with Finance, GTM, Product, and Engineering to define metrics, agree on how success is measured, and build the self-service infrastructure that reduces the analytics backlog for everyone.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will own parts of the reliability, observability, and incident response posture for You.com’s production services. Your work will ensure that every user query, every API call, and every data pipeline runs with measurable, defensible uptime, and when something breaks, the tools and dashboards you developed will help the team identify the issue, respond, and learn from it. Additionally, you will partner with teams to help them implement best practices, establish reliability objectives, and ensure the engineering team can build reliable services with minimal friction.

We are looking for a hands-on Data Engineer to help build and scale our modern data platform. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams to develop reliable, high-performance data pipelines and systems.
You’ll contribute to both batch and real-time data processing using technologies like Databricks, AWS, and Kafka, while helping ensure data quality, accessibility, and usability across the organization. You’ll play a key role in enabling data activation, ensuring that high-quality data flows not only into the warehouse but also outward to business tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Braze. Additionally, you will help power next-generation AI-driven applications, including agent-based systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), by building robust data foundations and pipelines. About the Role
