What You Will Do

• In this role, you will be a key designer in developing print and digital branded assets that span a variety of consumer touch points and channels. Your day-to-day activities will include:
• Creating assets for email marketing, banner ads, social, GIFs, mobile-first website pages, and in some cases packaging or other print projects
• Working closely with the Art Director to create engaging, modern creative solutions for member and brand marketing campaigns that will help visually communicate our brand around the globe while pushing the boundaries of our style guide
• Helping to create mini-branded campaign looks through mood boards and style guides
• Demonstrating a variety of creative styles and methodologies and developing bold, original designs
• Understanding visual hierarchy and how to design impactful marketing assets while remaining elevated and sophisticated
• Consistently seeking new creative techniques and ways to expand creative skills

Who you are:

• With 5+ years of experience in graphic design, you have an instinctive eye for what works (and what doesn’t). You take inspiration from many sources. You have a strong command of typography, layout, form, and color and an eye for photography and illustration. You also have:
• A strong understanding of web standards, and image optimization techniques; knowledge of web and email technology’s restrictions and opportunities
• Experience designing for emails, social, digital, packaging, and print
• Figma is the main tool that we use for creating and designing for our projects.  You would need to be an expert user in Figma and know how to design, refine, edit, prototype and present in Figma. Must be able to use Creative Cloud (indd, ai, psd) as a support design tool; AfterEffects or other animation experience a plus, G-Suite is where we store and organize all our files and work. 
• Strong prioritization skills. You know how and when to pivot as business goals change and stay on top of multiple projects with tight deadlines
• The ability to communicate creative ideas within a collaborative environment and to problem-solve both technical and creative challenges. You find and explore solutions as projects progress; take projects from creative concept to final delivery
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a similar industry is preferred
• Knowledge and experience with CMS systems are a plus, but not required

The Role

We are seeking an Art Director to serve as a key individual contributor within our in-house creative team. In this role, you are the visual architect of the "360° experience." You will be responsible for ensuring our brand translates seamlessly across every possible dimension—from high-impact digital campaigns and social storytelling to tangible print and immersive physical spaces. You aren't just making assets; you are building a cohesive world for our members.

What You Will Do

• 360° Brand Strategy: Lead the visual design for holistic brand campaigns, ensuring a unified "thread" connects OOH, digital media, experiential activations, and product launches.
• Digital & Social Innovation: Create high-performing, mobile-first assets for web, email, and social. You have a keen eye for motion (GIFs/video) and how to stop the scroll.
• Physical & Environmental Design: Bring the brand into the real world through experiential design, brand activations, and physical environments. You understand how users interact with 3D spaces and tactile formats.
• Creative Orchestration: Act as the vision-lead when collaborating with specialists (photographers, illustrators, motion designers). You can direct a shoot, guide an illustrator, or use AI to create high-fidelity comps that align the team.
• Print Mastery: Maintain a high standard for print excellence, overseeing everything from direct mail to large-scale OOH, with a deep understanding of production best practices (bleeds, color profiles, and substrates).
• Style Guide Evolution: Push the boundaries of our global style guide to create sub-branded campaign identities that feel fresh and culturally relevant while staying "on brand."

Requirements

• 360° Portfolio: A standout showcase of integrated campaigns that span digital, print, and physical/experiential spaces. We want to see how you translate a single concept across multiple dimensions.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in brand design or advertising, specifically in an Art Direction capacity.
• Production Fluency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. You are equally comfortable prepping a file for a high-res print run as you are for a mobile-first web experience.
• Specialist Collaboration: Proven experience directing photographers, illustrators, or motion designers to execute a specific visual vision.
• Spatial Awareness: Demonstrated ability to think in 3D—whether that’s event signage, environmental graphics, or pop-up activations.
