As a Strategy Planner you will join a multidisciplinary team of experts, shaping award-winning projects that blend creativity with efficiency. • Deep dive into analytics: Exploring business insights, engaging with clients, and understanding industry trends and competition, with a particular focus on digital media analytics.

🔑 What you need to be successful:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a creative agency or strategy department of b2c brand.
• Proven experience in 360° communication campaigns, with a strong ability to see the big picture in brand building. Skills and experience in social & digital strategy would be also necessary.
• Working experience with social research – you've used to get your hands dirty conducting qualitative research.
• Intrest in advertasing and socila campaigns – you have your views and opinions on what works and what doesn’t.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
• An open-minded attitude towards feedback and always striving for the best outcome.

VML is on the hunt for a Content Creative (Mid-Level) with a passion for ideas, words and culture. We want someone who loves scrolling through the internet with purpose - catching trends, shaping concepts, and turning them into content that people actually stop for.

This isn’t just about writing. It’s about creating work that’s sharp, relevant, smart - and maybe even a bit jealous-making for other brands. You’ll be working in a tight creative crew, alongside designers, strategists and production magicians, crafting campaigns for names your grandma has heard of.

• Dream up and write copy for social, digital and campaigns — words that feel alive, not just “posted”.
• Create native social content (yes, we mean Reels, TikToks, the lot) with a keen eye on what’s trending and why.
