About the Role

We are looking for an experienced warehouse supervisor to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The warehouse supervisor's responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.

To be successful as a warehouse supervisor you should be experienced in optimizing warehousing processes and be an effective team leader. An outstanding warehouse supervisor should be dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Read and understand operational reports to constantly improve and deliver results
• Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
• Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by understanding and studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring safety procedures and protocols
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Efficiency plan and coordination of administrative activities to ensure accurate results in all aspects of the operation.
• Make sure that SOPs are followed and utilizing appropriate methods at all times

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of warehouse experience 
• At least 3 years of leadership and supervisory experience
• 5 days onsite
• Must be able to work weekends
• Able to make decisions and hold people accountable
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in operating Power industrial Equipment (Forklift, Order picker, Electric Jack, Reach-truck)
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills are a must
• Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Compensation Range

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 to $72,000
• This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits

About the Role

The ICQA Specialist II will be responsible for overall inventory accuracy and managing shrinkage , including investigating customer complaint cases related to the inventory issues within the Fulfillment Centers.  The location will be in Landover, MD

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day work direction for ICQA Cycle Counters and Specialist I associates, including task assignment, productivity monitoring, and coaching
• Conduct advanced inventory discrepancy research and root cause analysis; develop and implement corrective action plans
• Analyze operational trends and build reporting tools using advanced Excel capabilities and tableau capabilities
• Supervise execution of cycle counts, bin audits, and quality checks to ensure operational accuracy and compliance
• Facilitate training for warehouse associates on operational SOPs to improve inventory related metrics
• Plan physical inventory events including planning, execution, and reconciliation
• Improve inventory-related processes and collaborate with department leaders to enhance KPI performance
• Ensure safety, food-safety, and compliance standards are upheld at all times
• Communicate performance results and systemic issues to leadership with clear documentation and recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of warehouse or operations experience, with at least 2 years focused in inventory management
• Demonstrated experience providing task leadership, mentorship, or people-focused supervision
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and data analytics and visualization
• Strong investigative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives preferred

Requirements

• Ability to work 5 days onsite
• Ability to work shift schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays as business needs
• Must be able to work in freezer (-10°F to 32°F), refrigerated, and ambient warehouse environments for extended periods
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs and perform physically active work throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended durations
• Must demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and resilience in high-volume operational settings
• Ability to reach above shoulder level at 72 inches (6 feet) without assistance
• Ability to work at elevated heights up to 30 feet

About the Role

The Warehouse Operations Manager will ensure the Maryland facility operates safely, efficiently, and accurately. This role will prioritize workplace safety, oversee inventory control, and manage on-time order fulfillment to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction. By streamlining processes, reducing operational waste, and enforcing compliance, the position will help control costs while building the capacity to support future growth.

Responsibilities

• Safety, inventory accuracy, labor efficiency, and people management
• Lead the Maryland Fulfillment Operations – Serve as the senior leader for the site, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations with strong service levels.
• People Leadership & Development – Mentor and coach team leaders and supervisors; set clear expectations, build structured development and succession plans, and drive a high-performance culture through feedback and accountability.
• Labor Planning & Productivity – Optimize staffing and schedules using forecasts and internal tools; deploy labor to demand, meet productivity KPIs, boost engagement, and address performance gaps quickly.
• Operational Excellence & Inventory Accuracy – Eliminate bottlenecks by enforcing SOPs and standard work; improve receiving/picking/put away quality, conduct root-cause analysis on discrepancies, and maintain flow to reduce delays and errors.
• Safety & Compliance – Prioritize a safe work environment with proactive monitoring, training, audits, and adherence to all compliance requirements to minimize incidents and liability.
• Cross-Functional Alignment, Change & Cost Control – Coordinate with logistics and other fulfillment centers to prevent bottlenecks, stockouts, and shipment delays; lead equipment/technology/procedure changes that improve efficiency; identify and remove waste in labor, space, and materials to impact the bottom line.
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud
• Work in an environment where the temperature can be low.(refrigerator temperature at or below 40° F (4° C). The freezer temperature should be 0° F (-18° C)
• Able to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  
• 8+ years in warehouse or manufacturing operations required
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role required
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, reporting tools)
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations (OSHA)
• Experience managing high-volume or fast-paced distribution environments
• Proven track record of leading large teams (100+ associates)
• Strong understanding of inventory control and cycle counting processes
• Demonstrated success in reducing labor costs or improving productivity metrics
• Familiarity with labor planning, scheduling, and workforce optimization
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Six Sigma (Green Belt) preferred
• Food Safety Certification preferred
• OSHA Certification preferred
• Project management certification preferred
• Prior experience in automated warehouses/manufacturing preferred
