This Opportunity 

The Partner Research Support Specialist will report to our Senior Manager of Partner Success & Operations and will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. We are seeking a self-starter that is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in maintaining strong relationships with Truveta’s customers by delivering high-quality day-to-day assistance. 

Responsibilities

• Empower customers by providing exceptional support, seamless onboarding, and expert guidance on platform usage.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient research experience while continuously improving processes and sharing insights to enhance customer success.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries via email, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Guide customers through new product features and user best practices.
• Identify recurring customer issues and work with the team to develop proactive solutions and improvements.
• Assist with scheduling, creating materials for, and tracking follow-ups required for key customer meetings.
• Track progress toward renewal goals and other customer success metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Customer Success, to address customer concerns effectively.
• Develop and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training materials to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
• Advocate for customers by providing feedback to improve product functionality and user experience.
• Maintain internal visibility at Truveta as a customer advocate and voice. 

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field. Experience with real world data or EHR is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects at once and to completion.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate and timely solutions.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them effectively to customers.
• Experience with customer support tools such as ADO, Intercom, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.

This Opportunity

As our FP&A Manager, you will be supporting corporate FP&A. You will drive key financial planning and analysis activities and deliverables. You will report directly to our VP, FP&A. In this role you will use your analytical, collaboration and communications skills.  In this role, you will:

• Create financial modeling and cost/benefit analysis for new strategic business initiatives related to new initiatives and other adhoc investment analysis
• Support fast evolving investor reporting requirements.
• Leverage AI tools to support forecasting and reporting processes.
• Design, analyze, and maintain incentive compensation plans aligned with business objectives in partnership with partner operations, and people teams.
• Administer monthly commission payout and reporting with accuracy and timeliness leveraging AI tools for automation.
• Create actionable reporting on key operating and financial performance indicators and metrics (KPIs) for business leaders to assist with business decisions such as attainment and incentive impact.

Key Qualifications

• High proficiency in Excel and other analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, also planning tools. SQL/Python experience preferred but not required

This Opportunity

The Senior Revenue Accountant will report to our Controller to support US GAAP compliant revenue recognition. This role requires resourcefulness to manage our day to day revenue operations and initiative to help create process improvements around the revenue process for a fast-growing company.

A strong candidate for this role is highly analytical, approaches problems in a structured manner and is comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with frequently changing priorities.

 In this role, you will:

• Prepare technical accounting memos assessing revenue recognition for new products and contracts and corroborate with supporting data studies as needed.
• Maintain and update revenue accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee the day-to-day revenue accounting operations, interpret and support the processing of complex contracts and Statements of work in NetSuite to ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with ASC 606.
• Onboard new customers, own the invoicing process and handle invoicing questions related to contract and deal terms.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to review hours and project milestones to ensure accurate recognition of Professional Services revenue.
• Work with engineering and product teams to analyze large datasets, build and enhance the process around usage billing, and prepare monthly usage billing.
• Collaborate with various teams in managing and maintaining usage estimates and forecasts to remain compliant with ASC 606.
• Participate in month-end close processing including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of revenue, deferred accounts and commission and pulling together applicable reports.
• Analyze and comment on monthly, quarterly, annual variances for relevant accounts within income and balance sheet statements.
• Prepare revenue and commission related disclosures at quarter and year-end.
• Assist in determining the appropriate sales tax treatment and managing tax filings.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement; provide well formulated solutions and effectively carry out the implementation of those solutions.
• Assist in the design and documentation of internal controls and perform key control activities identified for relevant accounting areas. 
• Perform multiple tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Key Qualifications     

• 3+ years of SaaS/B2B industry revenue accounting experience REQUIRED & Big 4 a plus
• Bachelors degree in Accounting; CPA required
• High level understanding of order-to-cash cycle and experience in building related processes
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Data Security & Governance Engineering

• Design, implement, and operate data discovery and classification programs across structured and unstructured data sources
• Define and maintain data classification standards, labels, and handling requirements aligned with business and regulatory needs
• Deploy, tune, and maintain data security and governance tooling (e.g., Microsoft Purview, DLP, Defender for Cloud Apps, DSPM platforms)
• Integrate data discovery, classification, and exposure signals into security and governance workflows

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Data Security, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, or Governance-focused roles
• Hands-on experience with data discovery, classification, and governance tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, DLP, DSPM platforms)
• Strong understanding of data security concepts, including classification, encryption, access control, data lifecycle management, and least privilege
• Experience operating or contributing to vulnerability management programs, including prioritization and remediation tracking
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud architecture, data services, and native security controls

This Opportunity 

This role will report to our Sr. Director of Partner Solutions on the Partner team. They will focus on supporting strategic engagements with its Life Sciences partners. Leveraging clinical research expertise, they will deliver collateral that will be used by members of the team to demonstrate the value of Truveta to prospective customers and drive adoption of the Truveta Studio in the Life Sciences space. The manager will have a strong background in health care, real world data (RWD), and leveraging programming skills to analyze Real World Data. 

Responsibilities

• Use deep medical and Real-World Data (RWD) experience to architect creative Partner solutions based on Truveta Studio capabilities
• Support Business Development to drive adoption and use of Truveta Studio, operating as a trusted subject matter expert in the sales process
• Develop and deliver tailored demos and lead technical discussions that demonstrate the value that the Truveta Studio can create for that specific potential customer for their disease of interest
• Identify unmet needs of potential customers and synthesize the information to inform Truveta’s product roadmap
• Provide subject matter expertise across the Truveta Partner team, including assisting in program design and coordinating well across Truveta teams
• Identify and implement processes and systems that will scale as our business grows, including leading structured hand-offs of closed customers to the customer success team

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare data and analytics, with a preference for candidates with Life Science real world data (RWD) experience  
• Previous experience in a consulting or start-up environments collaborating with technical teams like engineers and product managers and ability to balance a rapidly changing environment and handle shifting gears quickly 
• Previous experience using R, SQL, and/or Python 
• Proven ability with executive level communication and to simplify complex clinical research and other domain-specific topics into synthesized, structured, and simplistic verbiage for a non-research audience

Truveta Research is an internal research organization focused on demonstrating what’s possible with Truveta by producing high-interest, high-quality, trusted research. As an Applied Research Scientist, you will collaborate closely with a broad set of collaborators across communications, marketing, engineering, product, and fellow scientists to push the boundaries of what can be achieved with healthcare data, transforming complex datasets into impactful research. You will have the opportunity to work with an extensive, high-quality dataset of real-world Electronic Health Records (EHR), encompassing over 100 million patients, including rich longitudinal oncology data such as diagnosis, staging, biomarkers, treatments, and outcomes. Your work will generate insights that advance cancer care, improve patient outcomes, and meaningfully contribute to public health—while upholding the highest standards of clinical and scientific rigor.

Responsibilities

• Proactively initiate and drive applied research studies focused on oncology, from ideation through peer-review publication.
• Apply appropriate and rigorous methods for observational data studies, such as causal inference methods, missing data approaches, survival analysis, longitudinal data analysis, and time series analysis.
• Write, review, and maintain code (R or Python) to process, wrangle, and analyze data, identifying problems, devising solutions, and creating methodologies that drive data insights and best practices.
• Be accountable to agreed upon timelines for delivering research studies, working to communicate and manage dependencies.
• Proactively manage several projects simultaneously to maximize impact and efficiency of your work.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, product, clinical informatics, and communications.

Required Skills

• Education: MD or PhD in Epidemiology, HEOR, Biostatistics, or a related field.
• Expertise in Applied Methods: Extensive experience with statistical and econometric methods for analyzing complex real-world data, including approaches for causal inference, handling incomplete data, modeling longitudinal or time-to-event outcomes, and working with structured or hierarchical data.
• Statistical Programming: 5+ years of hands-on experience with statistical programming in R and/or Python, with experience executing analysis plans intended for publication, particularly within the health sciences.
• Scientific publication: 5+ years of experience developing research publications, including peer-reviewed manuscripts and conference abstracts, including handling peer review.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: 3+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating research findings and needs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team-Oriented and Results-Driven: Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams to deliver research under tight deadlines.

You will also contribute to the development of reusable, “plug-and-play” study and manuscript templates that enable efficient and reproducible research workflows. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and excited about translating data into meaningful scientific insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the Truveta data model, research platform, and analytic tools to conduct observational research studies.

This Opportunity 

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Data Scientist to join the Catalysts team, focused on applied intelligence solutions for Truveta.

This role focuses on building the concrete intelligence assets that intelligence uses to solve defined healthcare problems correctly and safely. You will work on concrete problem types such as safety monitoring, cohort feasibility, HEOR analyses, clinical trial workflows, and operational oversight, and be responsible for directly creating the knowledge assets, examples, and guardrails that intelligence uses to support these problems effectively and safely. 

A core part of the role is creating and maintaining practical intelligence assets that intelligence directly uses to support specific, repeatable solutions. These assets are contributed into a shared knowledge base maintained by the broader Catalysts team. 

You will also influence how intelligence consumes and applies knowledge by producing clear, reusable assets that translate complex technical and domain concepts into forms usable by both intelligence systems and non technical stakeholders. 

Out of scope: This role is not focused on model training, infrastructure, or large scale implementation. You are expected to be technically fluent and able to prototype, while deeper execution is handled collaboratively with peers who specialize in speed and scale. 

Responsibilities

• Intelligence solution construction: Independently build small scale, concrete intelligence solutions for specific healthcare problems by creating the required knowledge assets, examples, reference analyses, and guardrails that allow intelligence to answer the right questions and respect clear boundaries, within current platform capabilities.
• Domain problem breakdown: Break down healthcare problems in areas such as clinical research, HEOR, and clinical trials into the concrete assumptions, decision points, and data considerations that intelligence needs to handle correctly.

The Partner Research & Success Manager will report to our Sr. Director of Insights and Enablement. They will focus on facilitating strategic engagement and expansion of relationships with life science clients, academic institutions, and healthcare systems. These critical partnerships represent Truveta’s foundational learning community. The Manager will participate in the onboarding, training, education, and encouragement of Truveta’s customers. 

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of Truveta customer relationships across a range of research projects. This includes new customer onboarding, ongoing customer education and training, conducting simple and complex data queries, and responding to ad-hoc customer requests.
• Collaborate with the Partner Research and Success team in meeting internal and external demands by providing project management support. Develop targeted action plans, track progress towards key deliverables, identify any risks, etc. 
• Clearly summarize the findings of customer analyses in Truveta branded reports, slide decks, and papers. 
• Build operational efficiency. Collaborate with the broader team to maintain and improve internal team processes, standards, and workflows. 
• Contribute to client growth. Facilitate programing that ensures customers receive maximum value from their engagement with Truveta. 
• Proactively identify and raise potential workflow issues; develop and provide recommendations for resolution. 
• Maintain internal visibility at Truveta as a customer advocate and voice. 
• Occasional but mandatory domestic travel (~5x/yr). 
• The ability to attend virtual meetings that align across US time zones. 

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working in a field which developed exposure to and understanding of real-world data (RWD), real world evidence (RWE), public health research, or regulatory submissions.  
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, ideally with a focus on life science customers. 
• Experience with statistical analysis and programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python.  
• Understanding of the business value of Real World Data (RWD) to pharmaceutical and medical device industries. 
• Strong project management skills, great written and oral communication, and a willingness to ask questions. 
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, navigate ambiguity and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Incident Response 

• • Handle investigation and response to security incidents across endpoints, identities, email, cloud workloads, and SaaS applications

SOC Maturity & Collaboration

• • Track and report on SOC and incident metrics such as MTTD, MTTA, MTTR, alert volume, and detection effectiveness

Key Qualifications

• The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Security Operations (SOC), Incident Response, or Detection & Response role, with demonstrated ownership of complex security incidents.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM) and Microsoft Defender XDR (Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps).
• Proficiency in KQL (Kusto Query Language) for investigations, threat hunting, and detection engineering.
• Experience designing, tuning, and maintaining SIEM detections and SOAR automation, including alert triage and response workflows.
