This Opportunity 

The Partner Research Support Specialist will report to our Senior Manager of Partner Success & Operations and will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. We are seeking a self-starter that is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in maintaining strong relationships with Truveta’s customers by delivering high-quality day-to-day assistance. 

Responsibilities

• Empower customers by providing exceptional support, seamless onboarding, and expert guidance on platform usage.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient research experience while continuously improving processes and sharing insights to enhance customer success.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries via email, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Guide customers through new product features and user best practices.
• Identify recurring customer issues and work with the team to develop proactive solutions and improvements.
• Assist with scheduling, creating materials for, and tracking follow-ups required for key customer meetings.
• Track progress toward renewal goals and other customer success metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Customer Success, to address customer concerns effectively.
• Develop and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and training materials to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
• Advocate for customers by providing feedback to improve product functionality and user experience.
• Maintain internal visibility at Truveta as a customer advocate and voice. 

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field. Experience with real world data or EHR is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects at once and to completion.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Epidemiologist to lead and execute high-quality, client-driven epidemiological and health services research. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of real-world evidence studies supporting life sciences, healthcare, and regulatory decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong pharmacoepidemiology and/or regulatory-facing research experience. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that combines methodological leadership, project execution, and scientific communication. 

Key Responsibilities 

Research Leadership & Execution 

• Lead and execute end-to-end epidemiological and real-world evidence studies, ensuring scientific rigor, transparency, and regulatory relevance.
• Design and oversee study protocols, statistical analysis plans (SAPs), study reports, and manuscripts.
• Apply advanced epidemiologic methods across various study designs.
• Collaborate closely with analytics and data science teams to review results, assess robustness, and interpret findings.
• Stay current with evolving regulatory guidance, observational research methods, and industry standards. 

Project Management 

• Serve as a primary research point of contact for customers, including life sciences partners and regulatory-focused stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, and risks across multiple concurrent studies.
• Clearly communicate study design, methodology, and findings to internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers seeking regulatory-grade real-world evidence. 

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, Health Policy, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in epidemiological, pharmacoepidemiology, or health services research, including leadership or project management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience designing and executing observational studies using real-world data.
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs), claims data, or other real-world healthcare data sources.
• Proven ability to manage complex, client-facing projects and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.

The Real World Data Analyst role is a high-impact, intellectually challenging position that requires a diverse set of analytical and technical skills. Responsibilities

• Translate study protocols and statistical analysis plans (SAPs) into reproducible analytical code, executing end-to-end research studies from data extraction and wrangling through statistical analysis and results generation using SQL, R, or Python within agreed timelines.
• Review and interpret study protocols and SAPs, ensuring analytical approaches are implemented accurately and consistently with study objectives.
• Develop robust data pipelines for cohort building, data cleaning, feature engineering, and preparation of analytical datasets using large-scale real-world data sources.
• Conduct rigorous quality control (QC) of code, datasets, and statistical outputs, including verification of model assumptions, reproducibility of results, and validation of analytical approaches.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential data issues, methodological concerns, or deviations from study protocols early in the research process, recommending solutions and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with biostatisticians and researchers to support the development, refinement, and review of statistical analysis plans and analytical methods.
• Interpret analytical results and contribute to the synthesis of findings, ensuring outputs are scientifically sound and aligned with study objectives.
• Partner with life sciences customers and internal teams to execute high-quality analyses that support peer-reviewed publications, regulatory submissions, and scientific research.

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in biostatistics, epidemiology, clinical research, data science, clinical informatics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience conducting analyses using large healthcare datasets (e.g., electronic health records or other real-world data sources).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (R or Python) for data wrangling, analysis, and reproducible research workflows.
• Experience translating research protocols or statistical analysis plans into executable analytical code.
• Experience performing rigorous quality control of analytical datasets, code, and statistical outputs.

• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets.

This Opportunity 

This Dedicated Support Research Analyst position is a high impact, challenging role that requires a diverse set of skills. It provides unique opportunities for growth using an unprecedented amount of high-quality real-word Electronic Health Record (EHR) data. You will be solving consequential problems in healthcare using an EHR database of 125 million patients (and growing!) and make an impact on patient care.

As a Dedicated Support Research Analyst, you will work in a strategic partnership with some of our largest life science customers! The dedicated support analyst is either 100% dedicated to a single account, or 50% dedicated to two accounts, giving you the time and space to really dive deep into some of the most challenging research questions regarding human health.  

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand needs for technical analyses and for technical enablement. This includes setting up weekly meetings to meet with end users and account leaders to assess how they can get the most value out of their Truveta EHR data subscription.  You will scope out solutions and analyses based on these needs and work with the director to set timelines and manage expectations of the client.  
• Work with manager and success team members to develop and pursue an overall strategy for your dedicated support accounts. 
• Use technical skills to scope out customer analyses requests, produce studies and results using SQL, R and Python within an agreed upon deadline.    
• Collaborate with life sciences customers on analyses, helping them produce peer-reviewed publications.  
• Communicate on the status of various projects and collaborate with success managers to ensure that Truveta clients can be successful with the platform.   
• Required to excel in providing technical analytics support as well as directly working with customers on calls to troubleshooting customer analysis.   
• Work with customers to achieve their goals, teaching them how to wrangle and analyze data using SQL, R and Python on RWD to address their empirical questions.  
• Write regex queries using Databricks SQL to extract clinical concepts from clinical notes per customer request.
• Create enablement materials as the Truveta platform evolves to help onboard new researchers to our increasing capabilities.   
• Collaborate closely with other Truveta teams to conduct investigations of data sources to demonstrate veracity to current customers.   
• Deliver feedback to internal teams based on customer requests to inform Truveta’s product roadmap.   

Required Skills

• Undergraduate or graduate level educational in clinical research, data analysis, clinical informatics or related field.  
• Experience is working with large database consisting of millions of patients' data. 
• 3+ years of experience wrangling and analyzing Electronic Health Record data or other Real World Data sources in life science companies, CROs, other EHR data companies or healthcare using SQL, R and Python. 
• Willingness to learn new coding languages including internal proprietary coding language to analyze data and build cohorts. 
• 2+ year’s experience working with customers to deliver high quality research analyses.  
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic start-up environment.

This Opportunity 

The Project Manager role on the Evidence Services team is responsible for coordinating complex healthcare research projects from initiation through final delivery. In this role, you will manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring alignment across multidisciplinary teams including analysts, biostatisticians, epidemiologists, and scientific leadership. You will help keep projects on track, address risks proactively, and maintain visibility across a portfolio of research engagements. This position reports to the Senior Director of Research Services. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple research projects for the Evidence Services team, ensuring projects progress efficiently across study phases from initiation through final delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and trackers for both internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Monitor project progress against milestones, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, or scope changes and coordinating solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate project meetings by organizing agendas, documenting key decisions and action items, and ensuring follow-up on commitments.
• Support coordination across multidisciplinary research teams including analysts, biostatisticians, epidemiologists, and scientific leadership.
• Track project utilization and support analyses to inform project planning and resource allocation.
• Coordinate invoicing and track payment for Evidence Services projects.
• Help maintain visibility across the portfolio of research projects, providing regular updates on timelines, progress, and key deliverables.
• Contribute to the development, documentation, and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project management best practices for research engagements.
• Support oversight of written and scientific communication deliverables, helping ensure analyses and findings are presented clearly, accurately, and in alignment with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure research outputs - including presentations, reports, and manuscripts - meet high standards for clarity, scientific integrity, and client readiness. 

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management, research operations, consulting, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with complex timelines and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to track multiple deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience developing project plans, milestone trackers, and project documentation to support structured project execution.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly summarize discussions, document decisions, and track action items.
• Experience supporting professional or client-facing deliverables, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and operational thinking, with the ability to track utilization metrics and support resource planning.

This Opportunity 

This Applied Research Scientist, Strategic Partnerships position is a high impact, customer-facing role that requires a diverse set of skills spanning technical execution, applied research methodology, and relationship management. You will work directly with life sciences partners to translate research questions into analytical approaches, execute studies using real-world Electronic Health Record (EHR) data (~120M+ patients), and guide customers in best practices for real-world evidence generation.

You will play a key role in advancing customer research by helping shape analytical approaches, ensuring methodological rigor, and driving projects forward from question to insight. While customers may define or co-develop study protocols, you will provide guidance on study design, bias considerations, statistical approaches, and interpretation of results. This role requires balancing rapid-response analytical support with deeper, more complex investigations, while maintaining a high bar for scientific rigor and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with life sciences customers to understand research questions and translate them into analytical approaches
• Required to excel in providing technical analytics support as well as directly working with customers on calls to troubleshooting customer analysis.
• Use technical skills to scope out customer analyses requests, produce studies and results using SQL, R and Python within an agreed upon deadline.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a key partner in advancing their research goals
• Apply appropriate research methodologies, including cohort design, bias mitigation, and statistical analysis
• Communicate on the status of various projects and collaborate with success managers to ensure that Truveta clients can be successful with the platform.

Required Skills

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in clinical research, epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, clinical informatics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience working in a technical customer-facing role, delivering high-quality research studies & analyses.
• 3+ years of experience wrangling and analyzing Electronic Health Record data or other Real World Data sources in life science companies, CROs, other EHR data companies or healthcare organizations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, R and/or Python for statistical analysis
• Experience working across large, multi-domain healthcare datasets with millions of patients and hundreds of millions of records, leveraging distributed computing frameworks for scalable analysis.
• Willingness to learn new coding languages including internal proprietary coding language to analyze data and build cohorts.
• Strong understanding of real-world evidence principles, including bias, confounding, and study design considerations.
• Demonstrated experience applying research methodologies, including cohort design and statistical approaches.
• Experience delivering high-quality product demonstrations that enable customers or stakeholders to understand and effectively leverage data, platform capabilities, and analytical workflows.
• Proven ability to learn, adapt, and independently drive multiple projects forward in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and trust across stakeholders and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences.

• Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD) in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, or related field

This Opportunity 

This role will report to our Sr. Director of Partner Solutions on the Partner team. They will focus on supporting strategic engagements with its Life Sciences partners. • Use deep medical and Real-World Data (RWD) experience to architect creative Partner solutions based on Truveta Studio capabilities
• Support Business Development to drive adoption and use of Truveta Studio, operating as a trusted subject matter expert in the sales process
• Develop and deliver tailored demos and lead technical discussions that demonstrate the value that the Truveta Studio can create for that specific potential customer for their disease of interest

This Solutions Analyst position is a high impact, challenging role that requires a diverse set of skills. • Collaborate with the Partner Research and Success team in meeting internal and external demands by providing project management support. Develop targeted action plans, track progress towards key deliverables, identify any risks, etc. 
• Clearly summarize the findings of customer analyses in Truveta branded reports, slide decks, and papers. 
• Build operational efficiency. Collaborate with the broader team to maintain and improve internal team processes, standards, and workflows.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working in a field which developed exposure to and understanding of real-world data (RWD), real world evidence (RWE), public health research, or regulatory submissions.  
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, ideally with a focus on life science customers. 
• Experience with statistical analysis and programming languages such as R, SQL, and Python.  
• Understanding of the business value of Real World Data (RWD) to pharmaceutical and medical device industries. 
• Strong project management skills, great written and oral communication, and a willingness to ask questions. 
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, navigate ambiguity and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Proactive mindset that can operationalize implementable solutions and quickly solve problems.

Responsibilities will include:     

• Scale Truveta’s medical device and health tech partner base.
• Conduct daily outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage with potential prospects.
• Identify new business opportunities and build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Life Science companies.
• Qualify leads to understanding client needs, and challenges to gauge compatibility with Truveta solutions.

• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

• Experience with enterprise-level RWD Life Sciences data strategies, RWD operating mechanisms (Centers of Excellence) within the Enterprise, and enterprise-level RWD informatics platform investments.
• Ability to lead comprehensive selling processes at various levels within the Life Sciences enterprise including C-suite level, business leader unit level, and with IT and Procurement organizations.

This Opportunity

The analytics Rapid Response Team (RRT) sits within Truveta’s broader Partner Insights and Enablement team and plays a critical role in coordinating with internal teams and supporting customers to get fast, high-quality answers from Truveta data. As a Partner Data Analyst on the RRT team, you will help ensure customers find value in the data, supports issue investigation, and build confidence in the platform through efficient, responsive analytics. You will support data quality efforts, conduct analyses, answer customer questions, and support new data releases. You will be solving consequential problems in healthcare using an EHR database of ~100 million patients (and growing!) and make an impact on patient care. As a Partner Data Analyst, you will work at the intersection of EHR data knowledge and efficient data delivery. You’ll support feasibility analyses, quickly summarize patient populations, and assist in identifying and tracking data issues. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience working with EHR or healthcare data, strong data wrangling skills, and a passion for translating data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience wrangling large healthcare datasets and translating clinical concepts into structured queries.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R) for data analysis and pipeline development.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Comfort summarizing populations or generating feasibility numbers from clinical data quickly and accurately.
• Use technical skills to scope out customer analyses requests, produce studies and results using SQL, R and Python within an agreed upon deadline.
• Collaborate with life science, academic research organizations, and health system partners to conduct analyses.
• Collaborate with success managers and support team to ensure that Truveta partners can be successful with the platform.
• Required to excel in providing technical analytics support as well as directly working with customers on calls to troubleshooting code and platform questions.
• Work with customers to achieve their goals, teaching them how to wrangle and analyze data using SQL, R and Python on RWD to address their empirical questions.
• Collaborate closely with other Truveta teams to conduct investigations of data sources to demonstrate veracity to current customers.
• Deliver feedback to internal teams based on customer requests to inform Truveta’s product roadmap.

Required Skills

• Undergraduate or graduate level educational in clinical research, data analysis, clinical informatics or related field.
• Experience working with large relational database consisting of millions of patients' data.
• 2+ years of experience wrangling and analyzing Electronic Health Record data or other Real World Data sources in life science companies, CROs, other EHR data companies or healthcare using SQL, R and Python.
• Knowledge of clinical terminologies such as ICD, SNOMED, LOINC, NDC or RxNorm.
• Willingness to learn new coding languages including internal proprietary coding language to analyze data and build cohorts.
• Experience working with customers delivering high quality research analyses.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic start-up environment.
