Come join the Trella team as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where you will be the main point of contact for our customers, working closely with their champions and growth-minded leaders to ensure they fully understand and gain value from our solutions. This role combines the responsibilities of managing solution adoption and renewals with offering strategic advice that drives growth for our clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping customers leverage our offerings effectively, fostering lasting partnerships along the way.

Position Overview:
Trella is looking for its next DevOps Engineer to help us manage and improve our AWS cloud infrastructure as we continue to scale. This person will support CI/CD pipeline maturity and contribute to the reliability, security, and observability of Trella’s production systems. This role works across containerized workloads on ECS and EKS/Kubernetes, Terraform-managed infrastructure, TeamCity build pipelines, and monitoring systems including New Relic, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
This DevOps Engineer will participate in release engineering, disaster recovery planning, information security operations (HIPAA/SOC2), and the ongoing effort to reduce managed server count through serverless and container-based architectures. Cross-functional collaboration with development, data engineering, and integration teams is a core part of the role.
We are looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, hard-working, friendly, and motivated to learn new ways of improving operations.
Location: This role is remote with a for candidates within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or Philadelphia, PA. We will also consider applicants based in other U.S. locations.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a BDR Manager to lead our team of Business Development Reps. In this role, you’ll manage and coach the BDR team while building and executing strategies that drive strong pipeline growth. You’ll keep a close eye on activity metrics and pipeline targets, making sure the team is set up to hit (and exceed) their goals. We’re looking for a leader who understands the sales process, knows how to motivate a team, and genuinely enjoys mentoring and developing others.
This role is a key part of Trella’s Go-To-Market team as well as our company’s overall success. We operate as a startup within a larger organization–highly collaborative, often challenging status quo, and always looking to get better. If you’re excited about building something meaningful (and having fun while you do it), we’d love to meet you.
