What You’ll Do: 

Traeger is looking for an Office Manager to own the day-to-day operations and overall experience of our HQ workplace. This role is the connective tissue of our office, sitting at the front desk, partnering across teams, and ensuring everything from facilities to employee events runs without a hitch. You will lead and support our Workplace Operations Administrator, serving as their day-to-day manager and ensuring front-of-house operations are covered and running smoothly. You are the first impression and the ongoing energy of our HQ, the person who makes guests feel welcome and employees feel excited to walk through the door every day. You will take full ownership of your workstreams, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and serve as the go-to resource for keeping our workplace running at its best. Beyond the operational work, you are someone who brings energy into a room and takes pride in making the office feel like somewhere people genuinely want to be. This role does require occasional after-hours availability for events and workplace activations. This is a fully on-site role. 

How you'll help us win: 

Reception & Office Support 

• Lead and support the Workplace Operations Administrator, providing day-to-day direction and coverage planning; oversee front desk operations including guest greeting, call routing, mail management, and general employee support 

• Manage team and facilities calendars, conference room administration, meeting scheduling, and the internal ticketing system for maintenance and event requests 

• Maintain workplace SOPs, process documentation, and internal records 

• Take on additional facilities and administrative tasks and projects as assigned 

Employee Engagement & Events 

• Own end-to-end event logistics for workplace and employee events, including invitations, RSVP tracking, catering coordination with our in-house catering partner, on-site setup, and day-of execution 

• Coordinate food and beverage requests for meetings and special events, managing logistics from request intake through delivery 

• Drive employee engagement programs and recurring workplace activations that foster a sense of community, belonging, and excitement about being at work 

• Partner with People Operations on new hire onboarding logistics, including workspace setup and ensuring a seamless day-one experience 

Facilities & Vendor Operations 

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance coordination, work order tracking, building management communication, and soft services spanning visitor experience, shipping and receiving, EV charging, and office amenities 

• Coordinate with vendors across janitorial, security, parking, access control, and facilities services; administer building access and parking programs including badge provisioning and periodic audits 

• Own procurement of office supplies, disposables, and swag; process purchase orders, track invoices, and reconcile monthly facilities expenses to budget with regular spend visibility to your manager 

What you'll need to succeed: 

• 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, hospitality, or a closely related role in a fast-paced corporate environment 

• Prior experience managing or supervising at least one direct report 

• Experience owning vendor relationships and holding service partners accountable to deliverables 

• Comfortable owning a budget line, processing purchase orders, reconciling monthly actuals, and flagging discrepancies 

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint); quick to learn and navigate new internal tools and platforms 

• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple open workstreams simultaneously without losing detail 

• Clear written and verbal communicator; you work with vendors, employees, and cross-functional partners regularly 

• Self-directed and resourceful: you identify what needs to happen and move on it without being asked 

• Event coordination or execution experience a plus

What You'll Do

The Director, FP&A is a senior financial leader and key member of Traeger's Finance leadership team, responsible for the full scope of financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the enterprise. This role leads a team spanning Revenue & Gross Margin, Commercial Finance, Product Finance, OpEx, and FP&A Systems — and serves as a trusted strategic partner to the VP, FP&A, Strategy & IR, CFO and executive leadership. The Director will set the vision and standards for FP&A excellence at Traeger, driving the insights, processes, and team capabilities needed to support profitable growth and sound decision-making at every level of the organization.

How You'll Help Us Win

• Own the company's annual budgeting and financial planning processes end-to-end, ensuring full P&L integrity from Revenue through EBITDA and alignment with Traeger's strategic objectives
• Serve as a primary financial thought partner to the VP, FP&A, Strategy & IR, CFO, and senior leadership team — operating seamlessly from detailed, hands‑on financial analysis to executive‑level strategic perspective, delivering clear, decision‑ready insights that inform capital allocation, performance management, and strategic priorities

• Oversee revenue, gross margin, and channel profitability analysis in close partnership with Sales, Commercial, and Product teams, ensuring investment decisions are grounded in rigorous financial evaluation
• Own the enterprise forecasting cadence and performance review rhythm, proactively surfacing risks and opportunities and communicating financial performance clearly and confidently to executive stakeholders
• Lead Supply Chain and Product Finance partnerships to optimize cost structures, improve margin performance, and support new product and sourcing decisions with sound financial frameworks

• Own OpEx planning and reporting, partnering with functional leaders across the organization to optimize investment capacity and drive accountability, efficiency, and disciplined cost management
• Oversee FP&A Systems strategy, ensuring Traeger's planning tools, data infrastructure, reporting capabilities, and AI‑enabled capabilities continuously improve to meet the needs of a growing, complex business

• Champion a culture of analytical rigor and process excellence — setting standards for financial modeling, KPI development, and management reporting that enable faster and better decisions at all levels
• Lead, develop, and retain a high‑performing FP&A organization, building a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and strong cross‑functional partnership

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 4–5 years leading teams of managers in a complex, multi-functional environment
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing finance teams and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture
• Broad FP&A expertise spanning revenue, gross margin, product, supply chain, and OpEx — with the ability to connect the dots across a full P&L
• Experience owning or influencing FP&A systems and data infrastructure, with a bias for continuous improvement in tools and processes
• Exceptional business partnering skills — able to earn trust with senior executives and translate complex financial data into clear, actionable strategic recommendations
• Outstanding communication and executive presence; skilled at presenting to and influencing C-suite audiences
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Adaptive Planning, Redshift/SQL, or similar FP&A tools is a strong plus
• Results-oriented, high-energy leader who thrives in ambiguity, manages competing priorities with ease, and holds themselves and their team to the highest standards
• Player‑coach mindset, with the ability to step into the details when required while empowering managers and teams to operate independently at scale
• Strong judgment in balancing speed vs. precision — knowing when to move quickly with directional insight and when to go deep to ensure rigor and confidence
