We are seeking a Marketing Analytics and Technology Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing technology solutions, data analysis, and revenue attribution. The role focuses on accurately measuring revenue generated from various marketing efforts and optimizing these channels for enhanced performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to gather actionable insights and develop strategies that enhance overall business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights:

• Collect and analyze marketing data from various channels (paid media, social media, email, etc.) to evaluate campaign performance and customer behavior.
• Provide insights on key metrics such as return on investment (ROI), customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.

Revenue Tracking and Attribution:

• Develop and maintain models for accurate revenue attribution across marketing touchpoints.
• Ensure proper tracking of user journeys, conversions, and revenue through analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

Analytics and Reporting:

• Build and maintain dashboards to report on key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and ROI.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, revenue contributions, and actionable insights, and present them to senior management.

Data Layers and Technology Integration:

• Develop and manage data layers for analytics tools like Google Tag Manager, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Configure and integrate marketing technology tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms, analytics systems) to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and finance teams to optimize marketing technology systems, improve tracking accuracy, and drive overall business performance.
• Partner with finance teams to reconcile marketing expenses and revenue contributions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, marketing technology, or revenue attribution would be ideal.
• Expertise in marketing attribution models and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with marketing technology integrations (e.g., CRM, email, and analytics platforms) and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights and optimize marketing efforts.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end marketing for ThinkTrader, driving retail trader acquisition and scalable growth through a hands-on, data-driven approach across performance, marketing technology, customer journeys, audience modelling, and creative generation.  

Key Responsibilities 

Digital Marketing & Growth 

• Define and execute a global acquisition strategy to scale retail trader growth across paid social, paid search, and programmatic. 
• Own performance marketing with clear accountability for CAC, LTV, funnel performance, and return on spend. 
• Lead mobile app growth, from acquisition through to in-app engagement and retention. 

Customer Journeys, Funnel & Audience Strategy 

• Own the full marketing funnel from awareness to funded and active traders, optimising conversion, retention, and lifetime value. 
• Develop and refine customer journeys and audience segmentation to improve targeting, personalisation, and campaign effectiveness. 

Marketing Technology & Data 

• Leverage marketing technology and analytics to drive decision-making, experimentation, and scalable growth. 
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) including Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics. 
• Utilise AI tools and automation to enhance performance, efficiency, and campaign execution. 

 Team Leadership & Operational Excellence 

• Build and lead a high-performing, driven marketing team, prioritizing efficiency and leveraging AI tools and automation to maximize output and scalability. 
• Act as the senior marketing stakeholder for ThinkTrader platform, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. 
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets across media and operational matters  

Requirements 

• 5-7+ years of experience marketing a trading platform or fintech product, or strong knowledge of financial market fundamentals.  
• Hands-on experience across performance marketing, growth funnels, attribution, and lifecycle for platforms or mobile apps, with a strong understanding of AI-enabled marketing and agentic workflows 
• A technical foundation is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative discipline, combined with strong marketing expertise. 
• Willingness to work hybrid from the Chicago office (approximately 3 days per week in-office).

We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our global team in London. This is a role for an aspiring marketer who believes that the future of marketing is AI-augmented. You'll support retail trader acquisition, learn performance marketing, and work with AI tools to scale output. 

This is an entry-level role suited to a motivated, data-curious person with an interest in marketing technology and AI-driven creative. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support acquisition campaigns across paid media, SEM, and mobile app marketing for FX/CFD trading products
• Analyse performance data across the funnel, identifying drop-offs and optimisation opportunities
• Work with CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and campaign-level metrics to improve performance
• Learn and apply tools within the Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, GA4)
• Contribute to mobile app growth initiatives, including ASO and app install campaigns for trading audiences 
• Use AI tools to generate, test, and iterate on ad creatives and campaign structures
• Contribute to growth initiatives across landing pages, messaging, and user journeys

Requirements:  

• Recently completed (or in final year of) a degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a quantitative field
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers, data, and maths/statistics
• Demonstrated interest in performance marketing, growth, or campaign-based roles
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or similar (academic or personal projects is fine)
• Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.) and curiosity to apply them in marketing
• Strong interest in fintech, trading platforms, or financial markets (FX, CFDs, crypto, or equities exposure is a plus)
