• You make sure everyone gets a warm welcome as soon as they walk in

Who You Are

• You’re currently enrolled in a University
• Currently studying a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business

You’ll coach junior chefs, keep service flowing, and bring structure to the constant dance of prep, cooking and plating. You’ll help shape menus, keep standards sharp and make sure every dish that leaves the pass feels intentional. What You’ll Do 

• Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations 
• Cook and plate dishes that hit our standards every time 
• Guide and mentor junior chefs during prep and service 
• Help plan mise-en-place and coordinate smooth service flow

• Manage stock rotation, complete inventory checks and reduce waste

What You’ll Have 

• You have at least one year  of experience as a Sous Chef or two years as Junior Sous Chef
• You bring solid experience with fresh, seasonal cooking and modern flavours 
• You have confidence leading a team and running a shift 
• You’re comfortable with digital tools for recipes, checklists or HACCP systems 
• You bring creativity, curiosity and a mindset that embraces sustainable cooking 
• You work clean, stay organized and understand the impact of cost control 
• You speak English and Italian. Any other languages are a plus!

As our brand-new Meeting & Events Coordinator Intern, you support in driving commercial results for all our revenue streams and coordinate the Meeting & Event bookings for our location in Madrid.

No one does it better when it comes to selling the TSH concept and all of our products and services to our guests. You’ll make sure that people will easily find us and come to connect in our hotel to experience our ‘one of a kind’, unique spaces. You’ll be working to sell our meeting rooms, our awesome hotel rooms or a fabulous dinner at our restaurant. On top of that, your goal is to make each guest return and you do this by delivering the best TSH guest-experience.

What You’ll Do:

• You’ll assist with answering questions and making bookings for our Commercial Partnerships. This happens through various channels such as: telephone, third parties and e-mails.
• You’ll help with the development of customer accounts to drive business into our TSH Madrid property and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.
• You’ll work within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities.
• From admin to hosting, you’ll do it all. You’ll prepare, update and file all correspondence.
• You’ll prepare the meeting & events functions sheet with completed final and accurate details for our banqueting department.
• You’ll host meetings together with the banqueting department/stakeholders.
• You’re responsible for maintaining an effective follow-up system to secure business and provide an after sales service in order to secure repeat business.
• You’ll assist our heroes in Finance to ensure a smooth ride - from invoicing down to payments.
• You’ll compile statistics and reporting for our cluster management and commercial teams.
• You’ll support with the creation and roll out of the local commercial strategy.

Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept: 

Together with the Hotel Manager and the Operations team, you are responsible for running a smooth TSH operation in our Florence Lavagnini hotel. You'll oversee all our multiple F&B outlets, such as our restaurants, bars and our unique rooftop. We're looking for someone who can start immediately.

As our F&B  Manager, you're always open and available with a friendly smile - for your team or to meet every need of the TSH community (but also answering the questions of random strangers). You make sure that the team provides the highest level of service, always delivering on what sets TSH apart; our guest experience. You keep a constant eye on a clean, safe and inclusive working environment, as well as meeting all financial goals for sales and expenses. What would we do without you?

What You’ll Do

You'll be responsible for these 3 different - but equally important - cornerstones of the hotel: 

Operations: 

• You’ll coordinate the daily operations of the F&B outlets with your teams, as well as other internal & external departments 
• You support the management teams across all departments within the hotel
• You always strive for quality and know our product offering like no other
• You can point our guests to the best places to shop, eat, drink, club or any other request they might have, so they can experience the best the city has to offer

Management & leadership

• You offer support and work with the Front of House-, Engineering & kitchen teams in all aspects of running the hotel and it's outlets.  
• You'll run daily operational meetings with your teams to ensure everything is going smoothly. 
• You'll work together with the Brand & Marketing Manager and the Connector to build & maintain the TSH community 
• You make sure all shifts are covered by planning and communicating the team's roster in time.  
• You're a true, inspirational people leader. You lead by example and know exactly how to move and motivate your team and always have an ‘open-door’- policy for your team-member.  

Performance: 

• You're always looking for opportunities to generate revenue, while providing added value to our guests. 
• You're responsible for assisting the hotel manager by keeping costs in line within your departmental budget.  
• You manage daily revenue targets and drive commitment within the team to achieve the best possible monthly results.  
• You'll manage running costs, from sales to guest supplies and any other operational related costs.  
• You'll monitor daily performance, including points of sale, room revenues & quality.  

Who You Are

• You have exceptional English and Italian communication skills, all other languages very welcome!
• You have more than 5 years of management experience (preferably some years in a hotel environment).
• You are all about solutions and connecting the right people.
