As a Creative Content Creator / Videographer (gn) you bring our brand, products, and people to life through authentic, high-quality video content. You work closely with our teams and athletes to create emotional, relatable stories that resonate across social media and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• You create a strong, authentic visual presence for More Nutrition across social media and digital platforms
• You collaborate closely with the Media Production Team to develop new, engaging social media formats and support content planning
• You work hand in hand with our athletes and creators to produce relatable, community-driven content
• You independently develop creative concepts that fit More Nutrition’s tone, values, and audience
• You plan video shoots in detail together with our Creative Leads
• You independently execute video shoots for YouTube, product integrations, and social media assets

Qualifications

• You have professional experience in video production and enjoy working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• You have a solid understanding of camera systems, sound recording, and lighting
• You are strong in visual storytelling and know how to translate ideas into emotional content
• You have a strong affinity for social media and understand what performs across different platforms
• You are highly proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, and open to working primarily with DaVinci Resolve
• You think creatively and conceptually and enjoy bringing your own ideas to the table
• You work in a structured way, have high quality standards, and a good eye for detail
• You are fluent in English and German

As Field Sales Manager (gn), you will be responsible for implementing volume and profit targets within the framework of the sales concepts and the approved budget. • You establish and maintain strong relationships with store managers and franchisees, always considering profitability and consistently identifying new market potential
• You drive sales by understanding customer needs and proposing the right quantities and variety of products, in line with the company’s defined goals
• You secure and negotiate optimal locations for promotional materials and activities, ensuring compliance with the Quality Group’s economic guidelines
• You ensure effective in-store product presentation by implementing visual merchandising and promotional materials
• You identify and analyze growth opportunities within your assigned sales territory while continuously monitoring market trends and competitors
• You complete weekly trade reports and forward them to the Key Account Team

Deine Erfahrung & Skills 

• You have 1-2 years of experience in field service, sales or food retail 
• You ideally have a commercial training
• You communicate strongly, negotiate confidently and enjoy networking
• You enjoy key figures, selling and are enthusiastic about our products
• You are confident in using digital media and enjoy contributing new ideas
• You have a driving licence (class B), are willing to travel
• You are fluent in Dutch and excellent in English, French is a plus
