Job description

Take the next step toward your future with Advanced Urology Institute in sunny Florida! AUI is the 4th largest urology practice in the country with over 70 physicians across 30+ locations with a support system of 650+ team members. Our growing Panama City clinic is seeking two Physician Assistants to join their team in 2026.

Outpatient-focused model!
Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends, late nights, or holidays!
Guaranteed annual base salary with bonus model based on production

What You’ll Do

Provide general urologic care with the flexibility to develop subspecialty interests
Step into a busy, well-established clinic with immediate volume and referrals
Perform surgeries and procedures with experienced APP and staff support
Equitable call coverage designed for work-life balance
See 25 - 35 patients per clinic day with optimized clinic flow

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologists
Physicians at any career stage; no fellowship required
