Position Summary    

The HR Generalist at SRS Acquiom is a central force behind employee experience and the operational integrity of our Human Resources team. This role lives at the intersection of precision, service, and pace, where details matter, timelines are real, and the work directly impacts employees across the business. 

At SRSA, the HR Generalist is trusted with meaningful responsibility early on and is expected (and supported) to grow quickly into full ownership of their work, operating with confidence, sound judgment, and a deep sense of personal and professional accountability.

On the SRSA HR team, this role is for someone who takes pride in tackling complexity rather than avoiding it. The work is fast-moving, the growth is real, and priorities can shift with the business - but the expectation is steady execution, clear thinking, and calm follow-through. The HR Generalist is someone teammates rely on to bring structure to motion, order to ambiguity, and consistency to critical processes that each of our employees depends on.

This role is also deeply people-facing. The HR Generalist becomes a familiar, trusted presence for employees navigating everything from their first-day orientation to major life events and benefits decisions.

Success in this role means being an operational partner who strengthens the team through reliability, judgment, and ownership. The HR Generalist helps set the rhythm for the HR function, keeping work moving, details tight, systems clean, and the employee experience strong as we continue to grow.

Salary: The salary range for this position is between $75k and $85k, depending on experience level.
Location: This role follows a hybrid schedule based in Denver, Colorado - On-site work four days per week required. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with benefits vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution and ongoing administration
• Support annual open enrollment, including system configuration, vendor coordination, employee communications, and rollout of new benefit offerings with speed and accuracy
• Support the administration, tracking, and coordination of employee leaves of absence, including medical, family, and other statutory or company-supported leaves, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-touch employee experience

Operations:

• Anticipate and proactively resolve employee-facing or system-related issues before they escalate or disrupt operations
• Execute high-volume, deadline-driven HR transactions with speed, accuracy, and minimal rework
• Demonstrates the ability to assess priorities, determine next best actions, and move work forward independently
• Maintain steady, organized execution during periods of rapid change, competing priorities, and business growth
• Manage complex HR workflows with precision while maintaining audit-ready records across systems and documentation
• Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and partner with stakeholders to improve execution and scalability, while keeping the waterfall impacts top of mind
• Demonstrate full ownership of assigned responsibilities and accountability for outcomes, not task completion
• Maintain consistent reliability in handling sensitive, confidential, or time-bound employee and business matters

• Partner closely with Recruiting, HR partners, office operations, and business leaders to support team momentum during periods of high-volume or high-pressure

• Contribute consistently to team stability, efficiency, and execution excellence across HR operations and projects

 Required Qualifications & Skills  

• 2–3 years of HR experience required 
• HRIS administration experience required; Workday strongly preferred 
• Strong comfort with technology and business tools, including Microsoft Office 
• Proven ability to execute sometimes high-volume, highly deadline-driven work with accuracy and urgency 
• Proven experience in handling HIGHLY confidential information with discretion, tact, and the utmost professionalism
• Sound independent judgment with the ability to prioritize and take action without micromanagement 
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through on responsibilities and outcomes

Primary Responsibilities    

• Provide enterprise‑wide thought leadership for learning and development by assessing the current state of training, identifying gaps, and partnering with leaders to design scalable, high‑impact learning strategies that accelerate time to competency and align with business unit operating rhythms.
• Act as an internal Learning & Development consultant, advising leaders and teams on training strategy, learning design, and development approaches aligned to business goals.
• Lead innovative instructional design efforts, working closely with functional leaders to reimagine existing training content using adult learning principles, modern learning science, and creative delivery methods that drive engagement and application.
• Design and deliver flexible learning solutions that accommodate varying operational realities, pacing, and workflows across multiple functions, ensuring relevance and usability for diverse audiences.
• Translate complex financial and business concepts into clear, practical, and easy‑to‑understand learning experiences that enable leaders and employees to confidently apply knowledge in real‑world situations.
• Build and maintain comprehensive learning ecosystems, including on‑demand learning libraries, live learning programs, learning repositories, job aids, and reinforcement tools that support long‑term knowledge retention.
• Develop follow‑up and reinforcement strategies (e.g., practice activities, assessments, manager toolkits, and refreshers) to ensure learning transfer and sustained behavior change.
• Use data and measurement to evaluate learning effectiveness, leveraging metrics such as adoption, proficiency, performance impact, and learner feedback to continuously improve programs.
• Review and evaluate learning content across the organization, providing expert recommendations to improve clarity, effectiveness, engagement, and alignment with adult learning best practices.

• Partner closely with HR and cross‑functional teams, contributing to broader talent, leadership, and organizational initiatives while serving as a trusted, collaborative teammate.

 Required Qualifications & Skills  

• Must have a desire to work in a hybrid working environment and work out of our downtown Denver office 2-3 days a week
• 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field, with success designing and scaling learning in complex organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to assess learning needs, set L&D strategy, and build training that accelerates time to competency and aligns with business priorities.
• Strong instructional design expertise, including redesigning existing content using adult learning principles and innovative delivery methods.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and subject‑matter experts, serving as a trusted internal L&D consultant.
• Experience translating complex business and financial concepts into clear, practical learning experiences.
• Data‑driven approach to learning, with experience measuring effectiveness and improving outcomes using insights and feedback.
• High comfort with learning technologies, virtual facilitation, and emerging tools such as AI, combined with strong adaptability and change management understanding.
